Experiencia positiva: I know a lot of people who go here and they love it. You can make a lot of friends here because it's a small town too.

Experiencia positiva: Very good gym. Little too much Rap and Death Metal over the sound system for me while trying to work out but thats what ear plugs are for. Otherwise, very good!

Experiencia fantástica: just started going here. it's like a hidden gym. open around the clock. they have everything you need. and it doesn't get crowded.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had great experiences here. Staff are very friendly. I'm from out of town and they were willing to work with me on a good price to use the gym for the time I was here. If I ever move up here, I would sign up here.

Experiencia fantástica: My idea of a perfect gym. A little older, no frills, no annoying "check-in" cards or extra hoops to jump- just a gym with cardio and weights. The bathrooms are nice. The guy at the front desk was really nice!

Experiencia fantástica: Grew up in this gym and it's the only gym I'll ever consider home. Everything you need to get your beach body or become a pro bodybuilder.
