Experiencia fantástica: I was in town visiting, this is the nicest Snap Fitness’s I’ve ever been in!

Experiencia fantástica: I started personal training sessions with Kyle Behl about a month ago with the goal of having more energy and some muscle definition. I’m blown away by his professional knowledge and have gotten so much more than personal training. I’ve had constant knee pain for the past 10 years and thought I always would after having 3 surgeries on my right knee and 1 surgery on the left knee. I’m thrilled to say that with the help of the training sessions, which include physical therapy strengthening, I’m pretty much pain free! Kyle’s sessions are not only tailored for each individual, he also adjusts his plan each time after he checks in to see how you are doing. I’m so grateful to Kyle for helping me achieve what I thought was impossible!! 100% recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Snap Fitness in Brookings was the first gym I came to when I moved to Brookings over 3 years ago. I had heard so many great things about it and they sure did live up to all the expectations. The gym has great size and overall excellent equipment in which they are constantly improving. I highly recommend this gym if you are in the Brookings area.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I have been using Snap Fitness in Brookings for a few years. We both really enjoy this gym. It is very large and has a lot of equipment, as well as a good variety of machines. It is rare that the piece of equipment that you want to use is in use by someone else. I also really like that there are several somewhat secluded areas in the gym for things like abs, lifting light dumbells and stretching as I really don’t like doing these in the middle of a crowded gym. Overall we are very satisfied with Snap, we both are not super athletic but like to have a place to exercise in the winter and we have never felt out of place here. Would recommend for anyone living in Brookings!

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to snag a pump or do any variation of cardio. A very welcoming gym with a friendly staff and even better patrons. Really enjoyed the extra room for stretching and rolling out my 80 year old man body.

He sits down and doesn’t make you buy and encourages you to shop around before you make a decision. He is very honest and I felt really good about joining.

I was a little intimated with joining a gym since it'd been since high school that I used one but the manager Eric B. made us feel right at home and answered all the questions we had along with providing us with useful tools and information to be successful in our goals. I would highly recommend joining!

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to work out, I've been coming mostly at night and I'm normally the only one here and it's spotlessly clean. I've been working hard at earning mep's not sure what they are but it's fun to earn them.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member of the gym for 9 years I believe. From the time I joined until now they have made tremendous improvements and the classes are great. The instructors they have for the class are very motivating and care about your progress and you as a person. I believe as they continue to grow their facility it will continue to be the best gym in town. Truly a caring team with the management they have also!!!
