Experiencia positiva: I really like that this gym seems to be a regular people place to workout. I haven't seen a lot of gym rat types (at the time of day I've been there). There is everything you need here, but it's not super new or up to date, and there are peices of equipment that are out of order in the cardio area. I also like that there is a lap pool, a sauna and 24 hour access. I am new to the area and haven't done a lot of price comparison, but it seems like for what they charge, you should be able to expect everything to be in working order. The people who work there are delightful!

Experiencia fantástica: My wife is a regular participant in the morning program. She says that it offers a solid program of exercises to help people of all ages improve their overall health and fitness. Good program for ladies.

Experiencia fantástica: I work out here 3 times a week. Very clean, lots of machines. Staff is very attentive and friendly. I feel it is a great plce to work out. I highly recomend.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing place tons of exercise equipments to work tons of your muscles a pool to swim in and it's only $65 a month for couples ($102 at first to activate 24/7 access card) then they charge $65 a month to your card on the first. $48 for one person plus $20 to activate card.
