Experiencia fantástica: Best gym around in broken arrow! Ran by one of the best powerlifters that has come out of oklahoma, Mr jim gorrell! His gym is geared towards powerlifting and strongman and has some of the best equipment for this purpose. Monolifts, deadlift platforms, stones, sandbags, kettlebells and a huge weight pile along with all the lift specific bars you could ever need for all the major lifts! Competition style bench press too. Plenty of power racks and a dbell rack that goes up to 140s I believe. Bathrooms and locker rooms to suit guys and gals and Jim carries a line of sups that includes protein and sarms. Classes for weight loss and yoga. You need a trainer, jim has you covered and has proven results! Give it a try, all the people are friendly who go there and most compete and can answer any questions on lifting technique! Before you go somewhere else give this gym a try and I promise you you won't regret it!
