Experiencia negativa: I signed up less than a month ago and already want to cancel. The quality of the gym is poor, parking lot without proper lighting and feels unsafe leaving at night. They've canceled the group classes and did not communicate that with members. So I find out after driving 30 min and getting a babysitter. I want to cancel and somehow they're trying to charge me over $125 in fees?! Which makes no sense. Do not sign up for this gym, you will regret it.

Experiencia negativa: Do not sign up to this gym! I repeat do not sign up to this gym. Which was a solid gym is now a joke. There is absolutely no upkeep in this gym. Machines go down and take several months to repair. The audacity they have to charge $34 a month for the minimum. You’re better off taking you money elsewhere. Other gyms offer way more for less. In the end they make canceling your membership an inconvenience to try and nickel and dime you. They basically charge you $60+ a month charge to cancel. The whole WOW business runs unethical, save yourself the headache and choose a different gym.

Experiencia positiva: Been a member since day 1. Getting a bit pissed at the fact that several of the machines are missing necessary parts, either malfunctioning or out of order altogether. It used to be so well maintained with workers and machine maintenance, but not anymore. Planet Fitness getting more attractive to me.

Experiencia positiva: There are a couple of times when I would arrive on the wknd and the place isn’t even open on time. The staff is great, don’t get me wrong but the place needs to stop opening on CP time, even in Brockton.

Experiencia negativa: The mirror in the women's weight room has been cracked and duct taped for about two years now, show's how much you respect your members. The metal weights are wobbly and rusted in the women's. Please update with a new weights. There are only three stair steppers and two were broken for about a week last month. The bathrooms are disgusting sometimes, but I blame that on fellow members. If people miss payments you are quick to call.

Experiencia negativa: These people are thieves. Made my son sign up for a trainer made him sign a contract. The trainer never showed up for classes 3 times. We asked for the trainer and they said he quit. Then my son didn’t want a trainer based on the bad experience he had. They made him paid $120 for the classes he didn’t take plus a cancellation fee of $299. Don’t fall for these thieves. Work out sure but don’t sign up for the unprofessional trainers they have. I’m really mad we have to pay this when services where never offered. Beware.

Experiencia positiva: I think you guys need to start enforcing your rules especially with Plant Fitness moving right down the road. Starting to get tired of going to use a bench and there's a pool of sweat because the person before didn't wipe it down. Searching the entire gym for a set of dumbbells because everyone just leaves them all over the gym. And spending half my time there taking weights off of machines and bars because no one re-racks their weights. Today someone literly filled a barbell with 10 pound weights and just left it. Who the hell wants to take off 20 10 pound weights that someone just leaves on a bar?

He explained really well what I had to do to get started and stay on track. Overall the facility is well equipped. I only wish gym goers would clean up after themselves sometimes. I hope I won’t have to come back here to change this review

Tirek Walkes the Manager is easily approachable with all customer issues and quickly resolves the situation professionally and equitably! Extremely fair tio College Student/Athletes home for Breaks and their access to the gym! He is a great tribute to the WOW- Brockton Administration and Ownership.

Experiencia negativa: No mask compliance No gym etiquette People jump onto your machine still soaked with your sweat Free weights litter the floor. Never on racks Patron belongings all over machines no one is using Treadmills are covered in salt stains from previous persons sweat. 7 different occasions no toilet paper in bathrooms Went in to cancel they denied my cancel and told me to leave and do it online.

Experiencia negativa: WOW used COVID as an opportunity to take my money - charged me twice for a monthly membership in less than 3wks without even warning me they were going to start the payments again. This, after I had to be the one to reach out and freeze my membership when they emailed members saying that the club would be closed but still charged me for that month. I let them keep the money the first 2 times because times are tough but this is unacceptable. I told them I would warn everyone about their lack of professionalism, so here it is.

Experiencia positiva: Great place to workout. I've been visiting regularly for a couple of years. They have cage in the middle of the gym for classes. Which I don't agree with. Just another way to segregate people.

Experiencia negativa: Extensive water damage. Ceiling has mold. Women's room has very old equipment . And for some reason women can't pick up after themselves. Pro's is that it does have a women's only area and you don't have to wait for machines and it also has classes.

Experiencia fantástica: Been a member for years now, never had an issue. Lots of equipment so even when it’s busy you have options. Staff is great, women’s room is always on point and the locker rooms are clean. Zumba classes are intense, love how everyone is going at their own pace and you don’t feel like anyone is judging you for modifying the routine to fit your needs. Parking is kinda difficult during peak hours but I think that just reflects the greatness & affordability of the gym

Experiencia fantástica: Large airy clean a well organized gym, robust inventory of equipment, large and well equiped men's locker room, great parking, ample cold bottled water and vending machine, friendly multi-cultural hardcore athletic environment, and most of all a friendly staff well managed by a strong and friendly manager... this place is NOT for the weak or silly troublemakers...serious place to shed pounds and pack serious muscle...within the last two years I have achieved a harmonious fitness level; whereas I have lost 37 pounds transforming to a solid 162 pounds of muscle with OPTIMUM fitness level for my age (60)...went from size 42 inch waist to size 33...from 10 pull ups for one set to 60 pull ups for one set...great physical symmetry...managed my existing health conditions with combo HIIT techniques...and achieved superior strength...all for $ 10 USD month...just mind your own business and work out...

Experiencia fantástica: I intermittently travel to both Wow Randolph and Brockton from MIlton. Classes are amazing here. (Jenn needs to do more classes. Her “Ko Kick Lights Out” on Saturdays is out of this world - crazy amounts of calories burned, intense but doable) I’m on the larger side and working on getting my body back. I’m super comfortable at the gyms. The mbrs are nice and so is staff. There are excellent instructors and workouts here - the biggest thing is that I can do the workouts ... the instructors realize when to modify the moves ( level 1,2,3) to keep everyone involved and moving. The babysitting services are a plus- the girls are friendly and do well with the kids my son gets time to run around, socialize and do his thing while I’m doing mine !

Experiencia negativa: I joined this establishment over a year ago. I canceled my membership in May of 2017.I went to the Brockton WOW and upon requesting my membership was given a form with instructions on how to cancel. I called the telephone number on the form and was told to fax this form to them. I faxed this form to them the same day from my office fax, to make certain the fax went through. Work out world continues to withdraw the membership fee from my account. Unfortunately I am unable to find this form to confirm the fax number. The manager Janice who I spoke with was not very understanding and proceeded to tell me that I never canceled my membership. I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I received. The problem remains to be unresolved and I have no other choice but to place a stop payment with my bank for which I will be charged to do. WOW is a scam and I will not recommend anyone to join this establishment.
