Experiencia negativa: I went there for a while and when I went to cancel the owner talked me Into pausing my account and I did then 6 months later I get and paper saying they been charging me the whole time and I had no idea I thought me and the own tina had some type of friendship and she would let me know they was charging me she had no problem to send me a message to sell me something they are money hungry I remember when they was making you pay $20 to do a Saturday class for "donations" when Saturday is a regular workout day that is included in your monthly membership. Smh

They also offer individual training if you want to focus on personal goals or might be working through an injury. We like it most because the entire group is super friendly and welcoming. Experiencia negativa: SoldierFit has been cheating me out of my money. I was told I could cancel my membership any time after a year. When COVID worsened, I was charged for 1.5 months. I was told that I would be credited for the 1 months but I never was. In the contract it says that the fee is $99 for every month, but I would be charged every 4 weeks. After recently being charged, even though I had asked to cancel my membership, I am being told that I only wanted to freeze my membership. I am also being threatened to be sent for collections. My friends have also had similar experiences. I am very disappointed in the experience.

Experiencia negativa: Updated Review: Great atmosphere, great people! I honestly really loved this place, until the pandemic hit and I lost my job, my dad, my mom got sick, I got diagnosed with anxiety over the course of the year blah blah sad story like many people have. They were trying to be accommodating in the beginning, as a small business they took a hit too so I was fine paying the $5 a month freeze charge, even paid the full $99 a month a couple times hoping I could pull myself out of the dark and muster the courage to go anywhere but the grocery store. But as time went on and I drained through my savings and am making only half of what I was at my previous job, I was finally ready to cancel. You are required to pay 3 months at full price if you need to leave lol Basically pay attention to the fine print, don't move forward with a contract here unless you're absolutely certain you will be able to afford it/ buy yourself out of it if God forbid, life happen.

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym in the CLE hands down!! Every trainer at the facility is awesome, they push you to your limit and make you feel engaged. Bootcamps are great and they offer so many more things to help you achieve your goals like nutrition, personal training, and weight lifting session. Best of all they are extremely good about distancing and cleaning policies to make sure every soldier is staying safe.

Experiencia fantástica: When my Boot camp that I had been attending for 5 years closed at the beginning of the pandemic, I was beyond upset and worried that I wouldn't find another place that I would feel comfortable at, well I did. Soldierfit Parma The Classes and trainers are amazing. The owners of Soldierfit Parma go above and beyond to help and motivate everyone, you immediately feel like part of the family . The classes are good for all fitness levels and are at various times everyday, so there is no excuse not to get there. The gym is kept extra clean and they go above and beyond keeping up with all the covid precautions. I highly recommend Soldierfit Parma to everyone and I am so relieved that I was able to find my new happy place !

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym! I always feel comfortable to be in my own skin and it’s the only gym where I never feel judged. Their boot camps are an amazing workout and even with Covid, I feel completely safe in the gym because of their Covid safety measures and protocol. They really strive for and succeed with making it feel like a safe workout space.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is way more than just a gym. It is a family. The troops are friendly. The owners have delivered on every promise they have made concerning nutrition counseling evaluations and gladly answer any questions that you may have. I have tried other gyms and this one really delivers! Classes are at all times of day that fits my schedule. The membership fee is reasonable and class sizes are small. Personal training is very reasonably priced and extremely beneficial!

Experiencia fantástica: Clean, safe and perfect for ALL fitness levels. The instructors are knowledgeable, attentive to needs/fitness levels and personable! Before joining I haven’t consistently worked out in a few years and now HATE missing a class! I walked in my first day expecting to try it and think about it, instead I joined that same day and so happy I did!

Experiencia fantástica: Soldierfit has changed my outlook on working out. The staff genuinely cares about you and gives you a total body workout that makes you feel like you accomplished something. I used to go to the gym 3-5 times a week and get stuck in a routine. Now, I'm getting a full workout that helps target what I need. Swing by at noontime!! It's the best.

Everyone is super friendly, clean gym, and all trainers are there to help you succeed. The classes are different every time and they explain everything in depth so you have a clear understanding of stations & activities. Very happy to have found such a amazing gym!

Experiencia negativa: Stopped in to inquire about classes. Stood in the lobby and totally ignored by worker in the inner gym which is literally the next room. Apparently they do not need business. To be fair, class not taken so services not rendered.

Experiencia fantástica: Been to many personal trainers but there’s no one like Sarah... I believe that’s her name.. she’s the best ...amazing workout, you’ll definitely feel it the next day. The owners are extremely nice and friendly also, everyone is really supportive, great place.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to Soldierfit for a few weeks now and I would never go back to a basic gym. This facility has so many unlimited classes to pick from a month with awesome trainers. Everyone makes you feel included and part of the Soldierfit family. The workouts are very intense but they also have modifications for all the movements so you can go at your own pace! The gym is unlimited when you become a member and you can come at your own time. No “gym-timidation” here!

Each trainer creates their own class so it’s always a different workout.. no boredom here. Miss a class... no worries, you can just stop in & utilize the rowers bikes or weights! Definitely worth checking out!

Experiencia fantástica: Unlike any other gym out there. They know you by name and always greeted with a smile. I came from another location in VA and when I moved back to Ohio and heard they were coming to Parma I signed up right away! Not another boring workout routine as every workout is different and will keep you motivated. Come here for real results and leave a review so your favorite instructor can do burpees. Sorry Sara :)
