Experiencia fantástica: One of the top tier fitness programs in the Cleveland area. Owned by the Panchik brothers, both of them knows what it takes to create a great experience and environment for functional fitness. The programming circulates straight from their training protocols. Coaching is personalized to different athletes and demographics. The facility includes the latest equipment and machines you see in competitions (C2 Bikes, heavy d-balls, etc.). Community is relatively young and competitive, but extremely welcoming the moment you walk-in. Travel is a big part of my job, allowing me to visit CrossFit gyms all over the US. Cliffside has been one of my favorites to this day.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym has it all. Excellent equipment, the best coaching that Cleveland has to offer for all levels of Crossfit including competitive, weight loss, skill acquisition, or just to have fun, they have anything you could ever want. The equipment is always in great shape and you'll find toys there that may not be found at other gyms. Having trained with the owner/coaches Saxon and Spencer before, taking a 2 year break, then getting back into it has been nothing short of a dream. In addition to those guys, the other coaches Tommy and Casey have built the best gym experience in Cleveland. I can't recommend it enough to anyone who is looking to give Crossfit a try, coming back after a hiatus, or looking to change gyms. Come on by!

They are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to assist personally with any exercise. The facility is immaculately clean and all of the equipment is new. Add to this the Whole family’s CrossFit Games experience and you have a formula for one of the best boxes around! CrossFit is a fitness regimen developed by Greg Glassman. It is defined as constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Workouts are based on functional movements that include the best aspects of gymnastics, running, weightlifting, rowing, and more. The constantly varied, functional movements at high intensity approach leads to dramatic gains in fitness. In addition to challenging the world's fittest athletes, the program is designed for scalability for any committed individual regardless of their current fitness level or abilities. You will be surrounded by like minded people giving you a sense of community, and a caring staff who will make sure that you're moving your body the way nature intended. The beauty of CrossFit is that anyone at any skill level can do CrossFit. CrossFit is "functional" meaning all our bodies are meant to do these movements safely and effectively. We are all at different levels of our fitness movements, but we all require the same movements to keep our bodies fully functional.
