Experiencia positiva: Love workout anytime ! I love how clean the gym is and I like that it’s small . The employees are amazing ! The only thing that needs to be taken care of is the tanning beds they are super clean but they never seem to change the bulbs ! At the Elizabethton WOA you can be tan in 4 visits in Bristol getting tan takes forever . Change the bulbs guys please !!!

Experiencia negativa: We went to this WOA in Bristol while visiting family, and we were appalled at how dirty the gym was. It looked as though the floors had not been cleaned in several days, there were no mats to use for floor exercises, and the equipment was in desperate need of repair. We had tried this location two years ago and had the same experience. We’d hoped it had improved, but we were sorely disappointed. Our home WOA is constantly being cleaned. This location needs to do likewise.

Experiencia negativa: Normally would be a 3 Star "It gets the job done" kind of gym but here lately the 24/7 gym aspect of it is more like "Whenever the card reader actually works" gym. Like others have mentioned there is NO squat rack, just a Smith machine, no proper leg curl station, and space is always an issue near the dumbbell station (too many adjustable benches in front of the dumbbells while having one, literally one flat bench for barbells). The employees are very friendly so there's that at least? All in all this is the poorest offering I've seen from a workout anytime location with most locations at least being willing to have some bare bones barbell equipment and a functional card reader. Considering the lack of equipment, the condition of the existing equipment (any dumbbell north of 55lbs is bent or wobbly) and the unofficial ban on deadlifts (and the very official ban on Tbar rows) this gym feels like it tolerates people who lift instead of welcoming them. They still have my membership for now because when the card reader works the accessibility of having a local 24/7 gym outweighs the gripes. Will update this review if anything changes.

Experiencia negativa: Some of their staff are absolutely horrible including the manager. Their tanning beds haven't had new bulbs since I started going there a year ago, they have been week or not working, not worth the price! Very rude and not helpful will not be going back and will be deterring others from going there as well.

Experiencia negativa: None of the employees really know what they’re doing. There’s 2 bench presses which if you wanna dead lift you have to borrow the bar from one of the benches, that is if you’re lucky enough for 1 of only 2 to be free. Very small gym can’t do t-row work outs. After joining you will discover a lot more rules than you could imagine. Would have assumed they would tell you all rules up front. You’d be better off going to planet fitness with all the rules. Went in this gym twice and decided it wasn’t for me and now they are trying to get 70 dollars from me. One employee told me the owner don’t talk to customers. Every other gym I’ve been too just cancels your membership when not paying. This gym wants a 30 days notice for cancellation which makes no sense. Definitely would recommend paying a little more monthly for a better gym, after all you get what you pay for.

Experiencia positiva: Love the freedom of open all night and love how they're set up for sanitization but I do have to say I am not satisfied with the fact that we are being babysat when it comes to tanning and the massage system I feel like we should be able to tan at any time of the night no matter what or they should have something set up to where we're able to it's just insane to me

Experiencia fantástica: I've worked out here for nearly 3 years and I have zero complaints. They offer a good variety of cardio and strength training equipment and a selection of free weights and benches along with tanning for an extra fee. The cost of membership is low and you aren't locked into a contract. The facility is always clean and the equipment is always in good condition. The staff and other gym members have always been friendly and helpful.

They don’t have a lot of basic pieces i.e. squat rack, leg curl, step stools, bands, free hanging cables, rear leg extension.... to beat now they have a sign hanging saying any member doing TBar rows will be asked to leave. If there was a Golds or any other gym period closer to the area I wouldn’t waste my money here.

Experiencia positiva: The main attraction is the low monthly price of $19. Plenty of cardio machines and weight machines. Some free weight equipment, but the limited amount of free weight equipment is a real negative during peak use. But that’s to be expected at a $19/month gym. My big complaint.... BEWARE OF THE LATE FEE!!! When you sign your month to month agreement the paperwork discloses that there is a late fee. What it doesn’t state is the amount, $9 (on a $19 membership). Oh yeah, I almost forgot the $20 administration fee on top of that. I missed a payment (forgot to put cash on debit card) and got a $48 charge. Seemed excessive to me. Then, I wanted to cancel my membership but I wasn’t allowed to cancel until I paid the $48 amount. I would pay the $19, and I would reluctantly pay the $9 late fee. But I refuse to pay the $20 administration fee. So each month that amount goes up up up.... But other than the late fee, it’s clean and cheap. Just don’t miss your monthly dues.

Experiencia fantástica: Located in the strip where the old Food City was. Plenty of parking and the gym itself is spacious. Plenty of tread mills and ellipticals. Could use more free weights. The staff is always friendly, attentive and accommodating. I enjoy it so much I'm usually there at least 5 times a week. If you sign up, mention that I sent you!

Experiencia positiva: The monthly membership prices here are very cheap, and there are no contracts. That's about where the positive ends. Most of the equipment has enough room between them for an IPhone plus size model to squeeze through, and the overall facility is very tiny and lacks a true overall gym illustration. The location is abysmal, being located next to an Ollies and Little Caesar's, resulting in a less than attractive crowd localizing here.

If you are waiting on a machine , theres a goid chance you wont get to use it that day. People just sit around on them to talk , and its getting worse there.would be 5 stars if the talkers would go to a corner to talk instead of tying up a machine for a half hour conversation.
