Experiencia negativa: Moving to a 1 star due to lack of response and action. The equipment is not well maintained, the customer service lines won’t call or email you back. They don’t fix the damaged ceiling fan that has been broken for months. The water fountain has never been cleaned since I’ve joined over two years ago and the cable machine has been broken since April. And almost every machine has loose hardware. This place is not well maintained.

Experiencia negativa: I purchased my membership online almost two weeks ago and still haven’t been able to access the facility. I left several voicemails and emails trying to get my access card, and when I finally reached someone, I was told it would be left under the mat. It wasn’t. I’ve paid for a membership I’ve never been able to use. The lack of communication and accountability is incredibly frustrating. I expected better service, and instead, I’ve wasted my time and money. If you’re thinking about signing up here, be aware you may not even be able to get into the gym and good luck getting a response from anyone if that happens.

Experiencia negativa: The air conditioner hasn't been workingfor a monthnow ! Machines are always broken! Sanitized wipes are always running out. I'll be canceling soon

Experiencia negativa: No staff during staffed hours, did not answer the phone when called multiple times, and zero times to schedule a tour.

Experiencia negativa: Sucks this is really the only option for a gym in the area that allows late night access. Equipment is always broken. They just added new equipment that is literally the crappiest and cheapest of quality and is either already breaking and/or uncomfortable to use. I dont recommend it here, probably will cancel and do a more extended drive to another gym unfortunately.

Experiencia negativa: Please be aware that you cannot go to this gym without using their app, which requires a lot of invasive biometric data collection all in service of, ostensibly, a meal plan. Additionally staff are never present, music is far too loud (who goes to gyms without headphones?), and space is pretty limited. The only upside is it's open 24/7

Experiencia negativa: worst customer service ever’ cards having issues no one answers any phone calls or email. All they care is to charge money. I will never go here again

If you know what I mean, there’s people here that just take over the equipment and think they own the jam when they go work out there’s this girl I guess she’s like a personal trainer there she think she runs that place has a very bad attitude. This place is just horrible gym. All the equipment is broken they don’t fix it it’s just getting disgusting

Experiencia negativa: Not a bad gym but you'll never be able to cancel your membership. Staff does not answer or return calls. I had to put in a stop payment at my bank to stop being charged after months of no one answering or returning my voicemails and me being charged.

Experiencia negativa: Staff DOES NOT KNOW how to answer the cell phone i have had a membership for 1 weeks now and no access to getting inside since i have neither a key code or key. I would like to work out soon ….i hope you see this and call me back plz 502-819-97**

Experiencia negativa: Why do you have your gym temp set to 64 degrees when there is never more than 5 people. Stupid. So stupid. Lowest it should be is 68, you obviously do not train hard.

Experiencia negativa: I only attended one time , the truth is it's not bad but it took them 2 days to give me the card to enter and I canceled my membership on February 2nd. On the 5th they took 29.95 from my account and I tried to communicate with the staff for 5 days, several times a day and I left messages and nothing and today, February 10, I receive an email that they charged me for the month, the truth is very bad administration, the truth is I hope so Can you help me and call me back?

I understand it’s a small gym open 24/7 for those who really need it but perhaps a bench press would be nice and remove a couple of the bike machines or other lesser used equipment would be nice. Either way it’s always really clean and great for what it is, a very small gym open 24/7

Sometimes it gets a little busy but it’s the perfect place for a “get in and get out” workout. Great atmosphere, great members and super convenient for surrounding neighborhoods!

There is no contract and when I travel it’s easy to put my subscription on hold. There really is nothing to dislike. This makes it as easy as it can be to get consistent about ur workouts.

Experiencia negativa: This place is unorganized and unprofessional. Most of all equipment is broken and doesn't work. There is hardly any coworkers at this facility. The pricing is overboard. When you want to cancel a membership in face and write a policy (That's the standard of Snap Fitness policy) no one is there AT ALL. The facility is very frustrating. Management, Coworker, and business wise - it needs a lot of work. If I can rate this a no star, I would. I would not go to this gym AT ALL.

Experiencia negativa: This gym is falling apart! Most of the cardio machines do not work; the stairmaster has been down since early October, and 2 of the 4 treadmills are currently out of order. One of the broken down treadmills has been out of order for MONTHS that is has a layer of dust over it. The wet wipes to clean the machines is constatnly out and it looks as though the gym itself is never cleaned. I would expect more from a gym that costs so much to use. When are we going to see a franchise gym in this area.
