Experiencia fantástica: Nice small town feel; never very busy. All the same equipment as a bigger gym, but, two treadmills instead of 40. I train with Keith, and, I highly recommend him. All the other trainers seem knowledgeable and friendly as well. Reasonable hours.

Experiencia fantástica: The equipment, trainers, and classes make it a great place to get a good workout in. There's a wide variety of classes, so you never get bored and the energy from the trainers and gym mates motivates me to work out harder.

The owner Kimi is extremely personable, knowledgeable and motivating. Her personal training is very effective and professional. She takes your goals very personally and helps you to achieve them. I have gone beyond my weight loss goals and really take value in how much I have learned about strenghth training from The Training Room. Highly recommended!!

Experiencia fantástica: This is one of the most friendly and welcoming gyms I've ever been to. It's a place where you can truly feel comfortable asking questions, getting help and starting where you're at. The fact they have childcare is a bonus too!

Experiencia fantástica: Great facility for doing your own workout if that's what you prefer. Classes are awesome! A good variety & for people of every age & skill level. Instructors give excellent direction & are very helpful if you have questions about the equipment or need to modify one of the exercises during class. Kimi was my personal trainer before I had my daughter 8 months ago. Now I attend her classes each morning, and I get to bring my daughter with me! The daycare is absolutely wonderful. They have activities for children of all ages, TV for morning cartoons, a table for older children to do homework. I joined not knowing anyone in the classes & now I look forward to seeing everyone each morning. We are like a little gym family very welcoming.
