Experiencia fantástica: If you’re not just a podium poser this is a great place, at a great price. Peak times may get a bit crowded but I’ve seen that at the mega-gyms, too. My old degenerative back is forcing me into early retirement, but I wish everyone at JD’s the best!

This was my gym when I lived in STL and every time I’m back I get a pass so I can come workout while I’m in town. This is a family owned and operated facility that offers a lot, strong man, mma, or just a place to go escape and get your lift on!

Experiencia fantástica: I have a lot of gym anxiety and JDs is the first place that hasn't bothered me. I credit that to the family atmosphere and excellent trainers. The regulars are very friendly and despite being able to bench a car in some cases aren't mean or intimidating. I love too that it's not uncommon for entire groups of people to start encouraging someone that's struggling!

Experiencia fantástica: Super nice facility, with great owners. I came through while traveling, found a very welcoming community with great equipment and owners who were passionate. The benches could be wider to better support the shoulders, but that's jut knitpicking, the place is great. I highly recommend this for anyone.
