Coach H is very passionate about what he does! He's made classes flexible to everyone schedule! Literally no reason/ excuse not to workout! The environment is energetic, welcoming! He's definitely created a safe space for women, and I'm getting Fine Fine in the process!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best workout I have ever done ! It’s dynamic and challenging at the same time. You can feel that you are getting stronger after each workout. The coaches are excellent, they motivate you and keep the environment the best possible.

Experiencia negativa: We had to set up the tables and chairs ourselves as well as breakdown for a private event but you are only allowed 4 hours and must pay for each additional hour. If I have to breakdown and set up I should be given time to do that instead of being forced to pay to set up tables and chairs. So technically your event can only be 2 hours because you need the remaining 2 hours for set up & clean up.
