Experiencia fantástica: What can I say! After years of going to the "commercial" gyms in the area, I found G3. I got "lost" in those other types of gyms. G3 is different than any other. Great staff and trainers are there that care about your health and fitness goals. Very challenging workouts, that get you results! The "family" feel the gym has is amazing. There are several group classes throughout the week to fit all of your needs. Art is my trainer (and staff sergeant..Ha!) however Jenae, Dom, Kelli, Brooke, Shanequa, Mike O., Jamal, & Mike A. have all contributed to my unbelievable health journey. Since October 2021, I’ve lost a total of 68lbs and crushed goals personally and professionally I didn’t even know were obtainable. My trainer, Jenae, is the best! Additionally, all of the members are very kind and supportive. I wanted a place to help hold me accountable, challenge me and encourage me, and I found just that!

Experiencia fantástica: I came to the program with some back issues from a car accident, and my trainer is patient and cognitive of my issue and has contributed to my healing process. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. My grandkids love the play area and I am able to train in peace while they play!

My wife and I enjoy the small group sessions of 3-5 people per trainer because the workouts are personalized to the individual. The trainers give time and space, yet motivate clients to push through workouts when needed. We appreciate that trainers are accomplished bodybuilders still actively competing. They focus on physique and healthy eating, not just getting strong, so the workouts are focused on consistency and incremental progress.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member of G3 for 6+ months and my experience has been nothing but the best, even when I’m at a low! The level of attention, detail, and compassion that Art and Jenae have for the members is like a big family. That is what you feel like from the very beginning (consultation). Every body is rooting for you and extremely positive. I recognize that this is the tone that Art has set for the gym so it leaves no room for anything else. I have had ups and downs in my journey but the focus of my team has always been to get me to a healthy lifestyle. They are not unrealistic that being unhealthy didn’t happen overnight so the expectations of my journey are realistic when they set them for me. The atmosphere here is always encouraging, supportive, and positive. Art, Dominic, Jenae, Janice, and Bridget have each personally had a hand in helping me to maintain my own physical fitness spanning over the past two years and each have their own professional style. All classes are challenging, yet tailored to accommodate for any level of fitness. They also offer private and semi-private personal training in addition to meal prep packages... And did I mention.. no child care...no excuses!...no problem! They have G3 Kid's Zone fully equipped with a bounce house!! This is definitely a class act I absolutely LOVE my gym!!♥️

After viewing a TV segment featuring G3 Fitness on FOX 2 news, I decided to book a consultation and I am so glad I did. I met with fitness expert Dominic who instantly provided me with obtainable fitness and nutritional goals. Dominic did something that a lot of previous trainers failed to do and that was listen to me about my fitness goals. After only 1 month of sessions with Dominic I surpassed my goals.
