I also enjoy the community and the group style workouts. Zach actively runs the workouts, designs the workouts for every fitness level and provides modifications so you get the most out of every session!

Experiencia fantástica: I was never a gym kind of girl until I tried Eye Witness Fitness out; now I can’t wait to workout! I loved that I was welcomed and not made to feel like I was holding anyone back being a beginner. The workouts are catered to the individual even in a group setting. The people there are super nice and classes are fun. I also love that there are classes for kids (and my kids actually like coming). I highly recommend trying them out.
