Experiencia fantástica: F45 is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve ever been a part of. The amenities and equipment are in great shape and clearly well taken care of, which makes every workout smooth and enjoyable. The atmosphere is absolutely excellent. The gym is non-judgmental, motivating, and supportive. People of all different fitness levels are here, and everyone works hard while encouraging each other, which makes it such a comfortable and confidence boosting place to train. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, which shows how much care goes into managing this gym. The staff is truly top-notch. Special shoutouts to Haley, Anthony, Dani, Andre & Greg for their energy, guidance, and genuine support. However, I have never had a bad instructor there! If you’re looking for a gym that pushes you, motivates you, and makes you feel welcome at the same time, I can’t recommend F45 enough!

Experiencia fantástica: The classes are efficient, and I like that the workout can be scaled up or down to your own fitness level. There is a wide variety of exercises, as well as other class members of all different fitness backgrounds. The gym is very clean, and all the equipment is in great condition. Instructors are clear and communitive, but not overly pushy which is perfect for me. The class schedule fits well into a lot of different routines (either before or after work, or lunch if you're so lucky). Having a clean towel to start the workout is a huge plus that I haven't seen at other gyms! Happy to be a member of this community and would recommend to others for their fitness endeavors!

Experiencia fantástica: Tried F45 and love it! The workouts fly by so fast. As a hybrid worker- I can do my workouts even the days I’m traveling into the office. Clean showers and close to the metro north. Love the instructors as well, a newbie the instructors come and correct my form to make sure I am getting the maximum benefit from the workout. Highly recommend F45 and in particular the fairfield location!

A bit hard for me to get a hang of the routines but the coaches have been amazing—instruction, oversight and generous with guidance as I learn the pace and class structure. Effective workout in 45 mins for sure. I'd say 5 stars but until I get more familiar with it, I'll hold one in reserve!

I started F45 on a trial run after losing 20+ lbs on my own, and wanted to take my workouts to the next level. They exceeded my expectations by a long shot!!!! Not only are the workouts so smart and well designed, but the staff is amazing. Every single coach is incredible and makes you feel like they’re really rooting for you. STELLAR ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!! Never leaving it.

Experiencia fantástica: Convenient Fairfield location was well-organized with easy-to-use app to learn about and select class times. I had a great first-time workout with emphasis on cardio. I like the openess of the studio, and the flexibility of the gym to create fitness stations. The use of video monitors helped to stay on-pace and learn from. I hope to continue Spring/Summer classes for my current goals

F45 Fairfield has handled the pandemic and a temporary closure extremely well, always making sure their members are cared for. The best part is that it’s 45 minutes (of hard work) so you can get in and then get about the rest of your day. The mix of cardio and strength days gives your body everything it needs across the week, and the variety of daily class times makes it easy to get there. I’ve been to a lot of gyms and can’t recommend F45 Fairfield enough!

They have cube shelves for personal belongings and restrooms with showers. They have body care amenities for those who like to workout in the morning, shower and go straight to work. Also, there were plenty of parking in the lot.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym/physical fitness center. The classes go by super fast and are challenging for all levels without being dangerous. Guaranteed fat burning without being bored. The coaches are very motivating and knowledgeable. You have cardio, strength, balance and stretching all in one stop shopping. The classes start early am-5:15 AM-which is perfect for commuters. There are showers and everyone is welcoming starting with reception. The members are really nice and make you feel like part of the team from the start.

Experiencia fantástica: Took my first class yesterday-6/17. Great welcome by the front desk and instructors. I arrived early so I could get familiar with the class. AJ took me around, explained how the stations worked and answered all questions i had. Class was great. 30 seconds at each station was definitely doable and there were three coaches on the floor to ensure proper techniques. I am a bit sore today, and am looking forward to trying a new class tomorrow.

Experiencia fantástica: High Intensity Interval Training at F45 Fairfield is the most intense, productive workout, period. The trainers instruct, motivate and push you through the workout to help you feel a sense of accomplishment and achieve results that you wouldn't think possible and arguably couldn't achieve on your own. The variety of classes and different exercises certainly breaks up any monotonous routine and class time flies by.

Experiencia fantástica: Today was my first class and I LOVED it! I was a little apprehensive being a “newbie”, but both Rachel & Greg (coaches) were extremely helpful. Whether it was correcting my form, how to move around the room, understanding how the class works, etc - they were right there. Both were very motivating and kept you pushing throughout the entire workout. The members taking class were very sweet too! All in all, an absolutely wonderful and positive experience! I’LL BE BACK!!!!!!
