Experiencia fantástica: I came in from out of town visiting family for a few days and stopped here because of its proximity to where we were staying. But, I would gladly go out of my way to come back to this gym! All the staff and members were extremely friendly and the facility was very clean. The gym has an old school feel to it with all the equipment you would need to tackle any WOD. I wanted to say thank you to Chris and Rich for taking care of me and I can’t wait to train here again in the future! - Nick

Experiencia fantástica: I joined SOSF Crossfit & Chiropractic in April of 2016. I had previously been out of Crossfit and working out for 6-8 months, and with another gym for a couple years prior. In this short time with SOSF I've lost over 10lbs, improved my fitness and have increased my strength greatly. They have knowledgeable coaches who are all about quality before quantity. They have very challenging workouts that they scale based on your strength and fitness level so you get the most out of every workout. If you want to get in shape or get back into shape, SOSF will get you there.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member for a short time but this has not been my first gym or crossfit experience. The trainers are phenomenal! They care about your journey, your progress, you as an individual, and thats really hard to find in this type of environment. I do not live close, but work close, and I wouldn't think for once to join anywhere more local to my house because of the sense of family SOSF has. They have elevated the crossfit experience and have helped me live a healthier fit life. Keep it up!
