Experiencia fantástica: If you don't know how to start training this is the perfect place. This is my third week of starting to exercise after being sedentary. My trainer focuses on each of his clients individually. excellent workout if you want to stay fit and healthy. It is a clean place. the price is reasonable.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m going on my 3rd month. I love it so far! It’s a small group and Dan individually works with each of us according to our needs/experience. You can feel the difference in your body every week. Price is very reasonable . The gym is nice, clean, and there is a variety of equipment that we use as we do our individual tasks.

I wasn’t sure where to go and not even sure what my actual fitness goals were but I know I needed to get in a routine and in shape. So I did my research, searched online and bumped right into Vaskez. checked out all their social media pages which makes it super easy for ppl like me who need to see visuals and results and hard working individuals. So I then reached out and found the courage to send a message and Coach Dan told me to come right in for the next class to check it out at no cost. Was I really ready no lol . But it’s been 7 months and counting. I look forward to my workouts , it’s always a surprise when you show up. Never know what challenge of a workout you’re looking forward to. But the coach is there to make sure you keep going. I love the fact that Workouts are modified to your strength , age , and workout level. Very comfortable atmosphere. We laugh , we sweat and we are guided to meet our fitness goals everytime we show up. Workouts are combined with strength training , cardio and full body workouts. Also high levels of the coach’s motivation when you are falling short during a workout ! Check out Vaskez fitness! We all smile here
