Experiencia fantástica: Went there for the first time this morning. Very cute little studio, and the owners are sweet as can be! I tried the spray tan booth and I think i may have messed up the bronzer on my skin, but we will see how it comes out. Least I will know for next time! Can't wait to be back! Update: my tan lasted 10 whole days, which was longer than was expected!!! Whatever I did to the bronzer didn't mess it up too bad at all. I drove 40 min for results I can trust and would 100% recommend anyone on the fence to do the same!

Experiencia fantástica: So happy to have found Rise Juice + Fitness. I bought the (4) spray tan package and I couldn't be happier with the results. The owner was so sweet and welcoming. She explained how the spray tan booth worked, which positions to get into and how the pH treatment would work ( I had never had a pH treatment before a spray tan but it made the tan go on so even and made it last so much longer than other places). I will definitely be going back here. Clean facilities, friendly staff and awesome results!

They have so many options of smoothies and you can tell them if you want something added to that smoothie or they can take off anything you don’t want ! Also the staff is amazing! The class are so affordable and honestly the best too! Overall experience is great!

Experiencia fantástica: Love this place! I have been with this company since January and can't rave enough about the program, juices, and owner! I had two babies in the last two years and struggled to get off the extra weight I had gained. Since starting in January I have lost almost 20lbs and 4 clothing sizes. The support the trainers give along the way is amazing and also the camaraderie between all of the ladies makes it fun. On top of the workouts, I particularly love a few of their drinks that are my go-to drinks. The Breakfast of Champions is my favorite because it is made with all organic, rich almond butter to give it a very smooth taste. I also love the Chunky Monkey and their Bubble Tea. Definitely recommend this awesome place. Great service and ownership!

As a 41 year old guy that has struggled my whole life with motivation to stay healthy, I am thankful for the trainers that have encouraged me and hold me accountable. They have walked this path with me and have really cared about me as a person, not as a business transaction.

I’m super sensitive to tasting vitamins or additives in protein powders but I don’t taste anything but natural goodness in their smoothies and açaí bowls! I get one after I workout at least three days a week! Rise might be a small studio but it has had a huge impact on my health and wellness! If you’re looking for a boutique style studio rather than a big chain gym, Rise is for you!!

Experiencia negativa: Not very good the smoothie was gross everything is powdered not even real almond butter definitely affects the taste. Must have had a new employee she was unaware of really how to help was honestly kind of awkward.

Experiencia fantástica: Rise Juice & Fitness has been an amazing place to work out! They offer a wide variety of fitness classes throughout the day and week which helps with my crazy work schedule! Ive even fit in a quick 30-minute VersaClimb session on my own! Now....about the juices & smoothies——these would actually get 10 out of 5 stars from me. They are a healthy & filling meal replacement or a recovery treat after a great workout but most important....they are so delicious! The instructors are inspiring and motivating while constantly changing things up so I don’t get bored. Coming here has changed my body, my spirit and I’ve made some great new friends!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Juice Bar offers a wide variety of healthy smoothies and drinks that are delicious! And the staff and instructors are so friendly and knowledgeable. You will definitely want to check out the newest gem of South Brentwood/Nolensville!
