Experiencia fantástica: I was invited to a free trial class last August and I love the Box 45 workout so much that I enrolled the same day! I'm not the athletic type, but in a short period of time I noticed the difference. I started to feel happier, more energetic, and my coordination improved. After each weekly class I felt accomplished and always looking forward to the next one. Gavin was my class instructor and he is incredibly amazing. Some of the other instructors I met were also great, like Julie. And the Cummings family were all welcoming and kind. If I haven't move away, I would still be there. I miss you guys. You're all wonderful!!

Experiencia fantástica: What a great place to work out. I’m 68 years old and to say the least I was a little intimidated. But everyone was so friendly, helpful, cheering me on to do my best. The owners are fantastic. Honestly this workout can be done by anybody you can go at your own pace. You should try it out. They have a free offer for one free workout.

I like how the instructors are now building on a few select punches each round and not having insane combinations that are hard to keep up with and remember. And I want to give a shout out to Julie because she is a fantastic instructor, who takes the time to come up with good combinations, is always upbeat and positive and pushes me to do more than I think I can.

Experiencia fantástica: I came in knowing NOTHING about boxing, and was greeted by Randa immediately with enthusiasm and a friendly attitude that let me know I made the right decision coming in. Members came up to me to greet me and welcome me as I was getting my hands wrapped, and the intro instruction on the types of punches were clear and easy to follow. Gavin led our 45 minute class which was a WORKOUT. His instructions were not confusing at all, and the program was very balanced with high intensity and well paced moments throughout. There was a couple times when I had to stop and ask Gavin for help and he was extremely affirming and helpful. I haven't worked out in years and I dont really do any sports, so I was nervous about starting, but let me tell you, I had a BLAST. EVERY SINGLE PERSON was kind and encouraging, and Randa and Gavin were a joy meet. If I could give it higher than 5 stars I would, I immediately signed up for more classes. Thanks for the great time, Title! Edit: I've been going for over a month and have now also taken from Jeff (boxing) and Caleb (kickboxing) and both of them are incredible as well! They always take time to answer questions if I'm confused and the amount of energy they bring to the workout is electrifying and contagious!! You cannot go wrong signing up for a workout here!!

Experiencia fantástica: Caleb had us doing bear crawls for seven minutes at the end of class. I hated every second of it, but it’s the exact kind of push that I need and expect when I go to a class like this. I feel worked out a good way.

The owners are consistently adding improvements or incorporating new equipment to heighten the experience. The classes are rigorous, yet the encouragement and guidance of this awesome crew makes them addictive! I love TITLE Boxing. Experiencia fantástica: When I walked into Title for the first time in November 2021, I was scheduled to take Caleb’s kickboxing class and I’ve rarely missed a Tuesday night since. Fast forward to November of 2022 when I decided I would like to challenge myself by honing my boxing skills, and now Caleb and I do personal training sessions every week. There are times when something isn’t quite clicking for me but he displays an impressive amount of patience and doesn’t give up until I get it. He never lets me get away with being subpar or mediocre and that’s not even half of what makes him an excellent trainer. I’ve gained so much since becoming part of the Title fam and feel incredibly grateful for how much it has enhanced my life.

I love the energy he brings to the class whether it’s 5:30 am session or afternoon. I remember him spending one whole session on the technique of boxing. I actually started doing my workouts with more energy after that session as I think I wasn’t giving my best as only my upper body was involved. He explained how leg movement is critical to your balance and energy during boxing. I truly enjoy Title.

They helped get my hands wrapped, but the material rubbed a few of my knuckles raw by the end of class. So, I’d recommend trying a different brand of wraps

I love all of the trainers and look forward to every class. I have noticed a HUGE change in my arms, shoulders, back, legs, everything really. I highly recommend anyone give it a try, you don't have to be in great shape to take a class, you can truly go at your own pace.

I’m an all-access member and I travel a lot for work, so I’ve been to many Title Boxing Clubs. The kickboxing class that I took in Franklin is probably the best one I’ve ever taken. The energy of the whole class was amazing, the trainer was very energetic, and he pushed everyone even during breaks. I absolutely loved it! I’d definitely recommend it :)
