If you haven’t seen Shelly guiding the purple mat shock sessions, oh.. it is an experience you don’t want to miss, wherever you are in the workout spectrum. Great mix of classes to choose from/ keep rotating - strength, cardio, HIIT.. I have tried the S3, Shock and Shock station .. and loved them all.

Shellie is so inspiring, you push yourself to do more than you thought possible...and Cris’ kickboxing class is a physical/mental challenge and makes you feel fierce!

Shellie and all the instructors are genuinely concerned about each client’s wellness in mind, body and spirit. Experiencia fantástica: I attended my 1st class here this morning and loved it! It was a Shock Station class which I expected to be your usual circuit training/boot camp style class but it was that with bursts of CARDIO in between each station. Shellie was attentive and encouraging, Mark was welcoming and explained the other types of workouts offered, and the women attending were supportive and friendly. I can't wait to go back!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going here since the day they opened their doors! Such an amazing place! It always feels like family. You are greeted by name, sometimes a high five and or a hug! One would think that after 5 yrs the workouts would get old. It’s always different and each instructor is unique. They motivate you to push through that last rep, or eight count, or two minute boxing drill (at the end of the hour shockbox class)! I love the variety of workouts they have to offer. I always mix it up every week. It’s a SWEAT like no other! If you haven’t tried Shell Shock, you are missing out! Shellie and Mark and the TEAM are truely amazing!!

There are different classes (cardio, strength training, TRX, kickboxing) so you have an excellent well-rounded schedule to choose from. You couldn't ask for better instructors! They know everyone by their name and truly care and encourage each and every person there. Mark and Shellie are wonderful owners who love their clients and the Lord! I highly recommend Shell Shock Fitness!!
