Experiencia fantástica: My first class was Heather’s 6 AM session (and it was packed!). A few of us were newbies, and I couldn’t quite keep up at first, but her class motivated me to push myself and reminded me that I’m capable of more. I’ve now taken classes with almost all the instructors, and I’ve enjoyed every single one. The energy here is great, and I feel better after each class! Happy to meet with BarreBeat

Experiencia fantástica: Hey there! I just wanted to share my experience so far—I’ve only done three classes, and I’m absolutely loving it! If you're curious about trying it out without committing right away, you can attend a free class. My first class was with Folasade, and she made me feel so welcome! Her Afrobear burn class was such a blast! I also took a class with Britney, and wow, it was definitely a challenge! I could definitely feel the workout the next day, but that’s all part of the fun, right? Plus, the prices are really affordable!

Experiencia fantástica: First timer! I did the “first class free” as I wanted to get a feel of this workout and it did not disappoint. I mainly strength train, but this cardio is no joke lol in a good way! What a way to get your body moving and our instructor Kandyce was awesome, lively and upbeat. If you were wanting to try something new out of your regular gym routine. Try this!

Experiencia fantástica: Do you want to feel good? Come here; it’s that simple. The classes are dynamic, challenging and FUN (with great music). The instructors are thoughtful in their class planning, they’re challenging & encouraging. Every single instructor is AMAZING! There’s a strong sense of community; what a gem to be discovered. See you in class; you’ll be glad you went.

Experiencia fantástica: One of the best barre studios I have been to. All the employees that work there are amazing and are passionate about their classes. Also all the employees truly care about providing wonderful instruction and care about everyone that is a part of the studio. I have had the opportunity to try dance classes, barre classes, and yoga classes and enjoy all of them. I definitely recommend this studio! I definitely saw results from going consistently to the studio.
