Experiencia fantástica: Looking for a place to get fit and feel welcomed and encouraged? Then this is the place. Coaches Claudia and Angela are great. You don't feel pushed soooo hard that you are intimidated but are encouraged to do your best and improve each time you go. Great group of ladies.

Experiencia fantástica: I just joined a couple weeks ago and already feel stronger. The coaches tailor the exercises to your physical abilities. Bad knees? Vertigo? Back issues? Broken arm? They use kettle balls, hand weights, yoga mats, jump ropes, elastic bands, stepping block thingys and those long cords to help you run in place without jamming your knees too much. The enthusiasm of the ladies there is welcoming and encouraging and of all different abilities so I don't feel out of place in my sweats! (This is Holly, not Rick Hartman, obviously!)
