I was greeted with an upbeat and knowledgeable individual who, I know, can help me with my fitness goals. I love the vibe, it's clean, and has everything I need to accomplish my fitness goals. I can't wait to get started.

I recently switched to Snap from planet fitness after looking around for a more cultured gym with free weights where I could train more comfortably. Not one regret and the membership price is as great as the training staff. They offer a variety of equipment in a nice, clean and well kept facility. Staff and members are friendly!

He has the knowledge and the experience - but what sets him apart is his personal journey which he inspired his clients with.

Experiencia positiva: With Silverdale's Snap Fitness closing, Bremerton's Snap Fitness has become my main gym. I never have a problem with any of the equipment referring to previous reviews and I always get a great workout in every single day. Only suggestions I have would be have music playing more because it has been quiet lately, sports on TV's or some kind of motivational videos playing and add a stair-master machine. Wish they got of Silverdale's machine they had! Other than that, this gym has everything you need to be successful with your fitness goals.

Experiencia positiva: I was shocked at the lack of space and equipment. Guess I was comparing it to the Poulsbo... but a good plot get in a quick workout when traveling through the area.

Experiencia negativa: You got to see it to believe it. Cleanliness: 0/10. I don't think it has ever been cleaned. Every piece of equipment is broken or dirty. The dirty treadmills face the dirty windows but for the sake of consistency they are placed on the dirty floor. This place makes me happy I finished my 3 shot series of Hep B. Equipment. 3/10. I used a row machine and treadmill. The row machine was broke. So I decided to try the treadmill which was also broke. So then I tried a 2nd treadmill which worked. That's where I started my review. It is a very small gym with a poor layout. I used one other machine and decided to quit my workout early. Overall: 1/10. It is a gym so 1 point. This is however, the worst gym I have ever worked out in. I came here because the snap in Silverdale is sadley closing and I was thinking I would just drive the 5 extra minutes to get here from Poulsbo. I am going to just cancel my membership. The one positive is I made sure I was up to date on my immunizations after coming here.

Experiencia negativa: Coming from a previous anytime fitness customer this place does not compare for the price. For $50 you get an understaffed gym with scarce machines and rundown equipment that is falling apart. Too bad Bremerton doesn’t have an anytime fitness which blows this gym out of the water for $25 a month.

Experiencia negativa: Does anyone know how to be allowed in the gym after you’ve alr signed up to pay every month, like I want to go to the gym but the staff are never there and I still haven’t gotten my card or whatever it is and it’s starting to get frustrating I’ve been calling everyday with no answer and showing up to the gym I pay for to feel lika trespasser what do I do

Experiencia negativa: I have been attempting to cancel my account here for the past 7 months and have been blatantly ignored. They continue to charge me and will not respond to emails and, of course, no one is ever there to answer the phone.

Experiencia negativa: I almost guarantee you that the one good review is from an employee. This gym needs some serious maintenance. There is nothing more disappointing than showing up for your morning routine to have a good work out to start your day just to to find out every equipment you use is not working properly. The cables have ripped, stripped, or simply malfunctioning. Unless you plan to just use the free weights or assisted machines don't expect more. For $40 a month it's pretty much a rip off. Silverdale is much more maintained but it's a bit of a drive. There is no showers here, equipment seems not be be cleaned often, or most importantly maintained. Vertical stairs don't work, elliptical machines are down, except for the one that is noisy and sound about ready to break. The bicycles are right next to the door which is just not very ideal to use with people coming in and out. Some of the assisted machines are noisy. Some seats are off and calling for an injury to happen. I don't care much about the staff not being there or being responsive but some maintenance and cleanliness would really make it worth.

Experiencia negativa: I have been a member of the gym for almost 3 years, and prior to COVID the gym was awesome. Customer service, cleanliness and always stocked on supplies. But it has gone downhill since new management, hardly has cleaning supplies and bathroom supplies. House keeping is terrible, when you email management about your concerns doesn’t seem like they’re taken seriously and no changes are made. Once I saw a couple be inappropriate with each other and reported via email. I also reported that people were not wearing their masks properly nothing was done, worst part management was there not a word was said to the folks. I understand COVID makes things a bit challenging and supplies are limited but it seems like every time I’m at the gym they’re lacking supplies. Just today, saw a person go to each paper towel station looking for paper towels. You guys used to have mini towels why not bring it back? How are we supposed to sanitize/clean and fight against COVID-19 disease when supplies aren’t being provided? Paying a lot for a gym membership when its not being kept up well by management.

Experiencia fantástica: Ashli and Serena are wonderful ???????? They get back to you and answer all your questions that need to be ask . Plus they have military discount which is nice . I know they don’t have someone there all the time which can be hard for some I guess but really what do we need workers there for at the gym 24/7 ? Lol seeing other people’s comments about it, is silly and yeah the parking area is small but what does that have to do with the gym it’s self . Nothing. If you needed to park that bad you can park across the street at Fred meyer. The gym alone is great and if feels like it’s your own gym that’s the best part . It’s nice and cool in there and they have music and shows going it’s a bomb vibe .

Experiencia negativa: Displeased with staffed hours. Staffed hours on their website are not what’s posted at the location. I receive free gym membership on base so having my snap membership is no longer needed. I thought I could go to the Silverdale location of SNAP to cancel my membership but they informed me I can only do it at the Bremerton location. I understand the Bremerton snap location is small so the amount necessary of staffed hours needed is minimal but the hours are inconvenient. Working swing shift during the week I thought I can come in on a Saturday to get it taken care of. Unfortunately when I stopped by they have written on the board that there are no staffed hours on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. It’s frustrating. If I knew that, I would have taken a half day to get this taken care of before heading out for temp duty out of state again.
