Experiencia fantástica: I have been doing Jazzercise since 1982 on and off. Love the dynamic of pop music, dance and exercise. Love being with women who like the same thing and are fun and easy to be with. The different class options are also good and create a personal challenge for me. Great way to improve your strength and core and also burn those calories!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been doing jazzercise for 8 months now, and it's changed my life. I was a college athlete, and aside from the rigorous training I did during that time in my life, nothing has gotten me as physically fit as jazzercise has done! It's not your Grandma's exercise program, that's for sure! With super-fun and current songs, strength routines, and interval-training, I feel like I have a different class every time. Give it a shot - it's worth it.
