Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend! I've never done kickboxing before, so I thought I would give it a try. I wanted something different than a regular gym and weights with cardio classes, and I wanted something where I did not have to think about what I needed to do when I was at the gym (3 sets of this, 10 reps of that, which cardio, etc.). The workouts are great, and you will see results after a few weeks. Best thing I do 3 days a week.

Experiencia fantástica: I enjoy kickboxing at shape up! The class offers a variety of stretching, cardiovascular and kickboxing. The training is stellar. The ambience is very warm and inviting. I’m glad that I joined this club.

My daughter and husband take karate here. **I started the kickboxing classes there about 2 months ago after putting my health on the back burner for long enough. The class is so welcoming and nonjudgmental. You will feel comfortable regardless of your ability level. I sometimes look ridiculous but I always have an amazing time. They also have social events like dinner, movies, etc. **Summer may be too soon but I’m certain I’ll be hotter than fish grease by the fall. #flatstomachloading ‍♂️

I love that it’s out of my comfort zone and regular gym routine. Everyone is so helpful and encouraging as I’m learning this new skill. I feel so empowered each time I leave the class.

Experiencia fantástica: I thought I was too old to start doing kickboxing. I thought I would feel judged and out of place. The instructors helped me change up my routeen if I couldn't do a burpee, taught me to keep moving and strengthen my core. When I first started 4 weeks ago, I couldn't balance to lift my left leg off the floor. This has been a game changer for me. I've already lost 6 pounds and I'm just getting warmed up. It's never too late. And you are never too old. Awesome team... Awesome staff.

Experiencia positiva: The owners, instructors, and kickboxers are welcoming, supportive, and accommodating. It is a great place for community/accountability. They encourage you to let them know if you need any modifications in the class. If the instructors notice you need assistance in proper techniques, they are there making laps to help everyone. I give it 3 stars because for $100 a month (higher end of the average cost of kickboxing) there are very limited class times, classes are short (45 minutes), and it would be cool to have the opportunity to come in at additional times just to work on the punching and kicking components for better proficiency. Very much a boot camp style workout. Overall enjoyable and fun.

Experiencia fantástica: Love... Love this place! The experience has been amazing! Every staff member takes the time to work with you personally! After my first class, I was “HOOKED”! It was so much fun and a great workout. Stephen has gone above and beyond, as I needed modifications in the class due to a previous hip injury. He was right there to make sure that I knew what the modifications were. You are not just a number in this gym, you actually become a part of the family!

Experiencia fantástica: If you want a great workout, this is where you need to be. I started Kickboxing about 7 years ago and I never looked back. I asked myself why didn't I start this earlier in my life .. you workout, you dance, you sing and have an overall great time. There are days when I don't want to go, but once I'm there it's nothing but a PARTY !! Come spend an hour and enjoy some fantastic moves .. we jab, cross, hook, uppercut, side kick, front kick and snap kick. One class and I was hooked .. try it because they will not disappoint.

Experiencia fantástica: Stephen and the other instructors are genuinely interested about your health goals and push you to be the best you can be. It’s a tough workout but they help you work at a pace that will benefit your body type. I can’t say enough nice things about this gym!!!

Experiencia fantástica: This class is amazing! I have a lot of weight to lose and thought it would be intimidating but it is the opposite! The instructors and the others in class all cheer you on and motivate you to work your hardest. The instructors take time and show you modifications if you need them (I have bad knees). I can’t begin to tell you how great you feel after these classes. Do yourself a favor and come take a class and see the difference in how this class wants you to succeed and reach your goals! You won’t be sorry

The owners and trainers are professional and work hard to make sure you can work at your level to improve your fitness and feel a sense of community. I had never tried kickboxing before, but I am athletic. I tried kickboxing when I was looking for a place for my son to do martial arts and felt that it is one of the best workouts I can get and extreme good for stress relief. Then a friend of mine who has no recent experience working out tried it, and she loved it too. I’m looking forward to getting to the next level in my fitness and expanding my friend circle. If you’re thinking of trying it, you should absolutely give it a go, there’s nothing to lose!

I had recently had my son and been in a car accident and they were so understanding and able to work with me to gain strength and smile while doing it. I never left class without a smile and laughter! I wish I could still go kickboxer with them but I moved. I promise you won’t regret giving them a try! I miss you guys!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Can't say enough good things about this place. I've been coming here for 5 years. It's not just a place to get a great work out they become family. They've been beside me through lots of ups and downs. I even started doing martial arts here and am one step away from a black belt. Not to bad for a 47 year with no previous athletic endeavors. Could not have done it without all their encouragement along the way.

Experiencia fantástica: For the past 2 years I've been going to kickboxing here. They have amazing instructors to keep you motivated and on track. During shelter in place, they went on facebook live to keep us moving. You meet some of the greatest people and you can motivate each other. It's more like a family reunion every night than a workout but you still get a workout. Highly recommended 10 stars but they only give us 5.

Everyone is knowledgeable/ professional as well as a lot of fun. The classes are well run and again....a lot of fun. Don’t get me wrong, these are kick butt work outs and well worth your time and money. Unfortunately, I have been sidelined with a knee injury but if possible I will be back.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough awesome things about Choe’s Hapkido and Kickboxing. From the minute I walked in the door for my first kickboxing class, I felt like I belonged. My son also takes Hapkido. He’s very shy and the instructors didn’t even blink an eye at that. They were awesome with him! Definitely go and check out a class....you won’t be sorry!

Instructor Anthony keeps the routine fresh and changes it up to prevent a boring workout. I have tried exercise classes at the gym, the treadmill, and countless home DVDs in the past and none of those have kept my interest and commitment like kickboxing. Instructor Anthony will push you to reach your capabilities, some you didn't even know you could do, while making you laugh along the way. I have been going to classes here for 5 months and I feel healthier than I have in a couple of years!
