The staff is exceptionally nice and the trainers do a great job modifying exercises for your specific needs. They offer a variety of classes along with great childcare that is always clean. Forge-Rx has taken the intimidation factor out of the gym and provides a well rounded approach to wellness that sets you up for success. So thankful to have them in Braselton!

I just show up and I don’t have to think about what workout I’m going to do. They have it planned out for me and it’s different everyday. They push you to finish, and on top of that, they are very attentive to ensure your form is correct to help reduce injury.

Excellent coaching, friendly front desk staff, modifications when needed, nutrition advice and tips, very clean, childcare, NEVER any guilt if something isn't working for you and it goes on and on. Brent is the best; he really strives to help me strengthen my weaknesses and heal the injuries I’ve been carrying for years. They all are great about modifying to your level or needs and pushing you through each workout.
