Their knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to helping people get stronger and healthier is unmatched. As a chiropractor, I’ve trusted them with many of my patients who needed help strengthening and rebuilding areas of weakness after injury or during recovery—and the results have been outstanding. They truly take the time to understand each individual’s needs and create safe, effective programs that make a real difference. The atmosphere at Rapid Fitness is motivating, positive, and welcoming for all levels. Whether you’re looking to recover, build strength, or just feel better overall, this is the place to go. Experiencia fantástica: They keep this place really clean. I’ve been to this location and the Dell Rapids location a few times. The Brandon location, in particular has a really nice selection of equipment, and the members as well as the staff are all very nice and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym! I'm from Brandon originally, and was back in town visiting for a while and this gym is great. I live in a big city now and have all the "fancy" gyms available and although we enjoy the gym we go to there, this gym is down to earth without being chinsy. It has everything you'd need, a great set up and flow--I love the side room too. Plenty of space without being too much. Everything you need, nothing you don't. Not stuck up or showy like the "big city" gyms can be ;) Great quality, great space. Would be our gym in a heartbeat if we lived here.

The folks at Rapid Fitness were very quick to respond and accommodating to our situation on such short notice! The facility is clean, has a good range of machines, freeweights and space to be able to accomplish a variety of workout styles!

Experiencia fantástica: The mood of this gym has changed under the new ownership! I have been with the club for several years under the old ownership, and the last few years “before the new owners”, the aura of the gym began to darken. Members didn’t hang after gym time or classes. Everyone was upset about something being broken. The class were empty, then they just took the classes away. I could go on and on! Matt and Margo bought the gym in July of 2021, and turned it "downside up” in the first 2 month! To start 3 new power racks, competition bench, new hip sled, new mats under the free weights, new carpet everywhere else, new paint, they built on 3 rooms, 2 tanning 1 sauna! The class schedule is back and full with classes 6 days a week! New cardio equipment, and a app that keeps all members connected to Matt and the Staff anytime of day or night! I am a personal trainer and left the gym with my clients last year! Matt invited me back to see all that he had done to rebuild the old Gym at the end of August. As I walked into the new Rapid Fitness I felt like I was in the twilight zone! Clean, great equipment, happy smiling members, and a staff that knew how a gym and it’s members needs to be taken of! Towel rack was full, mirrors were spotless, and Matt the owner was greeting members as they walked in. I am now training full time at the new Club, and I couldn’t ask for more from Matt & Margo! Always there to help and make sure staff and members are successful! Thanks Matt & Margo, love you guys! You both have truly done a great job on something I thought was impossible!

Experiencia fantástica: New Owners (2021) are providing the communication, upkeep and atmosphere you expect from a quality gym. They've added new equipment, new flooring, and a new look and layout that is more inviting. No more waiting for a squat rack!

Experiencia fantástica: To start, I am very particular in picking a gym, I don't want no scrubs. I have been extremely pleased with Rapid Fitness - Brandon. The equipment is outstanding, and the staff is even better. I enjoy being able to creep creep between the machines because of the optimized layout of the gym. Some people like to say, don't go chasing waterfalls, but I definitely found one at this gym!
