Experiencia fantástica: I traveled to Florida with a friend and we dropped in for a class the day we arrived. Everyone was so nice and the coaches were great! We returned everyday for the remainder of our trip The community here is amazing! Everyone was so friendly and made us feel like part of their family. Definitely going here next time I go to the Delray area.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a really great community of people run by a caring and dedicated couple. This is no typical big gym experience, much more personable with a lot of attention to safety and proper technique. Crossfit is hard work and you will be pushed to new limits, but that is exactly what I needed. If you are new to Crossfit, I highly recommend checking out their beginners program. It's a really great value for what you get compared to a normal gym and is a great starting point to build a foundation in lifting and general exercise.
