Each and every trainer is so Motivational. I wish I came sooner. Everyone treats you like family, it really is my home away from home.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been looking for a family oriented gym for quite some time and ProDay is just that. Sam and his staff are professional and extremely welcoming. With Covid on the rise I see staff taking extra measures to make sure everything in the facility is sanitized, disinfected and clean. Temperature checks are done upon entering the gym to make sure everyone stays safe. The workouts are amazing and will get you in the best shape of your life. If you’re looking for a gym that feels like home, is extremely clean and works your body out the RIGHT way it’s a must you join ProDay!

Experiencia fantástica: ProDay Fitness Center is the best gym in Palm Beach County hands down. Sam is an awesome trainer that pushes everyone to their highest potential. There is no giving up! If you’re looking for a place to get fit and stay healthy this gym is definitely the place you need to be. Not to mention the cleanliness of the machines, bathrooms and the overall facility. I’ve been coming to ProDay for almost 2 years and won’t go anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm so glad I found Proday! This gym is a gem. It's smaller than your typical big box gym, but it has all the equipment you need. The vibe here is so much better than any other gym. Also has lots of sanitizing stations which is a plus in covid times.

Sam is a former top football college recruit, basketball and football coach and now fitness trainer. From NFL players and elite athletes to stay at home mom - he keeps things moving and workouts are fun, yet serious business!
