Experiencia fantástica: Loved this gym. I dropped in for a week while in town for work. Owners were friendly and the facility was well stocked with power lifting equipment. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in town.

Experiencia fantástica: Really enjoy this gym. It's a more traditional power lifting gym. Honestly, it's got a great atmosphere, and the owner is present and cares. I would highly recommend trying it before you sign with another gym.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve visited gyms the world over and this is one of my favorites. Everyone there is very kind and the gym has an old school vibe. It is you vs. iron here. There are lots of interesting accessories, bands and chains available in addition to the main equipment. Shane, the owner, is a great guy.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a former gym owner, traveling the country and visiting gyms in every state. This is hands down the best gym that I’ve trained at! Shane, the owner, is always on site, and is extremely welcoming. He’s also quick to lend a hand with equipment set up, and advice on technique. Everyone was extremely kind, and the vibe was one of self improvement, and positivity. If you’re ever in Spearfish, there is no question that this is the best place to train!

Experiencia fantástica: If you’re a hardcore lifter this gym is for you. Good powerlifting bars and racks. Great atmosphere and lifters. Was here for Sturgis in 17’. Going back in 18’.
