Experiencia fantástica: I've been to some pretty terrible gyms in my AF career. This is not one of them. The gym is maintained well, the staff is always cool, and there are plenty of machines for both lifting and cardio.

Experiencia negativa: Joke of a gym. Things will break and remain broken for months, potentially years. If you get 24hr access, do yourself a favor and ask for a access card, don’t use your cac, it’ll need rekeyed monthly. The scanner is broken more than it’s working though. Been to a lot of bases around the world, this one has great potential but falls victim to a lot of “ism’s” and is poorly managed.

Experiencia fantástica: Gym was top notch!! Weights, cardio, multiple exercise rooms and a pool. You should definitely be able to maintain a high state of physical readiness if you are assigned to this AFB.

Experiencia fantástica: It has been a few years since I have visited the Base Gym due to Covid-19 and I decided that I would go check it out. I was pleasantly surprised by all of the new equipment that they had gotten in since I had previously been there. Because I have been going to Planet Fitness to workout, and the machines were different than they had, I had to go to the front desk and ask about the machines they have. Although the young man was actually eating his lunch in the room off to the side of the front desk when I approached, he immediately got up and asked if he could help me. I explained that I was not familiar with their machines and he went with me and helped explain how to use several of the ones I was most interested in. He also said if I decided I needed to know about any others that all I had to do was ask any time I came in to work out and that he'd be glad to explain them to me. I was super impressed.

Experiencia fantástica: I want to give a shout out to the staff of this fitness center. It is one of the best I've been to throughout my military and civilian career (38 yrs). This facility has everything you need and multiple of all equipment. The locker rooms, showers, steam room and sauna are the cleanest I've seen. The staff is very friendly and the indoor pool is a major bonus. I spent 3 weeks here in the fam camp and will definitely miss my workouts here. Keep up the great work and keep the bar high.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym! It's nice and clean. The best time to go for me is between 830 am to 1000 am because it's not as crowded.

Experiencia fantástica: They have all the freeweights and machines you could ever want. They offer a family room. Personal trainers as well as a variety of classes are offered at this facility. Racketball courts are located in the front of the gym near the help desk. There is an upper level .12 mile track in the gymnasium with 2 basketball courts which can be used for volleyball. Male and female locker rooms each have a sauna and steam room and over 100 full size lockers for public use.

Experiencia positiva: Great facility. Its large and has a lot to offer. The parking lot is too small though, so try to carpool or plan on walking a distance if you're visiting during peak hours.
