Experiencia fantástica: I’m a long term member of Snap and a regular attendee with the morning group. In my view the gym offers a positive experience for all ages and levels of fitness. The staff is friendly, respectful and very responsive to any questions, needs or concerns. The members are a great group that seem to get along very well. They are consistently courteous and respectful of one another. Snap is definitely an important part of our small community. Glad to have them here! If you’re looking for a solid gym you will find one in Snap, Boulder City.

The classes are well-organized and fun, and the instructors are super motivating. The staff is friendly and helpful, which makes a big difference. Experiencia negativa: Staff is all very friendly, but the priorities on improvements is not set straight. They are constantly buying more cardio, ab, and “weightloss” devices like red light fat loss lights but will not buy another bench press or more dumbbells. There is only one bench press in the whole gym. The gym is also consistently packed with people who it seems like they aren’t there to work out. Machines are always in use. To many cardio machines that don’t get used and not enough weights.

Experiencia fantástica: just have to shout out to Manager Mayi on her rapid-fire response to a couple of concerns I had about equipment at SNAP Boulder City. Have been a member for several years and recently noticed that lately some of the cardio equipment seemed to be in need of repairs/maintenance when I wanted to use it. I mentioned my concern and she reached out personally in less than 24 and explained that there had recently been software updates to some of the training programs on some machines and that new treadmills had been purchased as well. She arranged for me to come in and meet with her so she could walk me through an updated workout program on one of my preferred cardio machines and answered all my questions. A++ personal attention!

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is awesome, the attendants up front are super nice and helpful, the equipment and environment really show that the owner cares. If anything is ever broken, I think I've only seen it been down for a week at most, and then it's fixed. Very rarely, unless special circumstances I'm sure, has something been broken and it taken longer than a week, but its never been a month or multiple months like you may hear some other gyms who's owners don't care about their customers.

Experiencia fantástica: Great little gym, that’s surprisingly not so tiny inside. Glad to see you’ve updated it and added more room. The equipment is top notch, the gym clean and no gross dirty sneaker smell like most gyms. The ladies who run it are friendly and helpful. Met the owner a few times and he’s as nice as can be.

Experiencia fantástica: This location is so accommodating in regards to equipment! They have multiple smith machines, cable machines, stair masters, and so much more. They just expanded their gym as well so I rarely have to wait for equipment during my workouts.The Staff is pleasant and very helpful when it comes to going above and beyond. Although it is in a little town, the class instructors are always full of energy and accepting to beginners and experts! We are very happy here at Snap Fitness and had to share what a great gym this is to work out in!

Machines, if broke, are repaired in short time. Mayi is amazing!! She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and takes time out of her day to ask how you are doing and she asked us how we were liking the new crossfit equipment that they incorporated into the gym. By far this is one of the best and cleanest gyms I have been in.

Experiencia fantástica: Lots of choices for dynamic workouts. Always clean and bright inside. I love getting fit at Snap BC. They have tons of cardio options, machines for workout intervals, a well appointed free weight area, and my new favorite is the classroom where you can do free weights and other independent exercise. My key card never has issues and it’s really easy to find someone to talk to if I need anything. Great pricing and easy to get to from anywhere in BC. My favorite gym in town!

Experiencia fantástica: Myself and my wife came through BC two weekends ago for a sad reason, to bury her father. I was looking to use a gym for the weekend, and saw that snap had great reviews. I called up the manager Mayi and she was very professional and polite, she admitted she usually does not work weekends however she took time out of her day off to come in and get me set up for a two day pass. She only charged me for a day after sharing why I was in town even though I insisted. The gym itself is immaculate easily the cleanest gym I have ever been to, and I have frequented many gyms in my 50 years on this earth. I want to offer my kudos to the owners for keeping a clean gym, that smells fantastic, has clean bathrooms! Also the have the nicest staff, Mayi was great as was the assistant manager I met in passing Terry. I will definitely be going back to the gym when we visit my Mother in Law next year.

We love how positive mindset is encouraged, everyone writes notes on a whiteboard and the music is always good, everyone is super polite. The bathrooms and equipment are always clean. Mayi at the front desk is super helpful whenever I have questions. My ONLY gripe is that I wish the gym was a tiny bit bigger so the equipment can be more spread out.

Experiencia negativa: One of the great things that I can say about the gym is it it's open 24 hours and that it's very clean. On the down side, when I wanted to cancel my membership, I kept being charged month after month and when telling them of these reoccurring charges, they did nothing.I made several trips to the gym without any result. The new guy who is running the facility is uneducated as to how the system work. Management is very nice and friendly however, I believe that if someone is going to be managing the front desk,they should know the system. After all of my several calls which were unreturned and my personal visits, I finally went through my bank to get these charges to stop. I will never go back to Snap Fitness because of this.

Friendly staff, convenient 24 hour badge access, variety of machines and free weights, yoga room, TVs and more. Friendly competitions through the MyZone (extra) makes it fun.

The separate room used for classes is often empty, which makes for a great area for a more private work out. Joey and Crystal are fantastic, they always make you feel welcome and good about being there, and they're very supportive and motivating. Amazing gym, and I always feel at home.

Experiencia fantástica: Great equipment, very clean. The TV remote control was a pain...but they have four TVs so I just had to strain a bit! Went around 10pm and never had a problem getting on equipment. There were usually between one and three others there. Highly recommend^^
