Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend joining this F45 studio! The atmosphere is welcoming and energizing. The coaches do an awesome job at keeping you motivated throughout the entire workout. Also the members of the gym are friendly & supportive. Each day is either cardio, strength training or a hybrid, so you get a variety of exercises. The classes are challenging, fun, efficient and never the same. Sunday-Friday classes are 45 minutes long & the Saturday class is 60 minutes long. This gym can definitely help you meet your fitness goals, whether it’s losing weight, being stronger, having more endurance or just overall feeling better. In 45 minutes you leave feeling energized and accomplished. There are usually discounted trial offers available so you can check out the classes/studio & see if it’s a good fit for you!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place! Never have I been so inspired to go workout (even at 6 am)! The coaches are fantastic and want you to succeed! I’ve seen a reduction in body fat and an increase in muscle mass. Feeling strong and getting stronger at 50+ years!

Experiencia negativa: I did a total of 3 trial classes and decided to sign up, the manager Missti told me I could cancel if I needed to, and it would be month to month and I'd even get a discount if I signed up. I tried to cancel multiple times for MONTHS, and they keep making up fake rules, even when I abide by them they STILL charge me month after month. I have only been here 3 times and that was back in SEPTEMBER (IT IS NOW FEBRUARY). I've asked for a copy of my contract to give to my attorney, which they refuse to send me (because they may not even have one). PLEASE do not go here. I am going to have to fight this with my bank now. They will not do anything about this issue on their end and I have tried and it's an extreme source or stress for me. They simply don't care. PLEASE look at some of the other gyms in the area first.

Experiencia fantástica: As a disabled combat veteran, the F45 gym located here in woodinville is amazing. All the coaches are very attentive of the individuals working out, and everyone is incredibly friendly and courteous with one another. The attention to detail and rules when it comes to sanitizing the stations and cleaning everything before and after we leave for everyone's safety is greatly appreciated. The coaches are always cheering people and and constantly have the same upbeat attitude when going in to the workout studio to cheer us on and leaving to. Their bright and smiling faces gives me great joy whenever I am tired and I want to come and workout here and be motivated to work out with the other beautiful people that always cheer and push each other on. New people who come to the workout studio to train are always eased in the program very gently to ensure that their are no injuries. I also appreciated that this gym is very welcoming of other veterans and military members. A++++
