Experiencia fantástica: I joined Reign Fitness a little over a year ago and it was exactly what I needed on my fitness journey. The trainers are so friendly, supportive, push you when you need pushing, and are with you every step of your fitness journey. I’ve had some foot related injuries lately and I appreciate that I can maintain my regular workout schedule because they easily adjust my workout plans to support the healing process. I’m so glad to have found Reign and recommend it to everybody!!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is packed with positive energy and real people. I started here 6 months ago, I was out of shape and had lower back trouble from bad posture - the usual stuff. Been training with Willie since, he knows exactly what needs to be done, when to push someone, when to take it easy, he’s got lot of experience. He’s also guided me on how to keep a balanced diet which includes the basic supplements but no artificial stuff.

All the trainers helped put me on the right path focusing on my diet and physical well being. These guys really know their stuff when it comes to hard work, exercise, and healthy eating. Reign has motivated me to go places I would've never thought I'd be able to reach. I like the small environment and the special attention when your working with personal trainers. Experiencia fantástica: My daughter and I have done 3 semiprivate sessions so far and we couldn't be happier about the experience. The staff are extremely knowledgeable--I have come out of each session feeling both stronger and smarter. They answer my questions and offer suggestions with clear explanations that really help me visualize and feel when I'm doing things right. My main objective was to learn proper form for strength training. I'm amazed at how a tiny tweak to form can dramatically change which muscles I'm working, when I would never have been able to figure out for myself that I needed to make that tweak. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable and fun. And we love Stella!

Everyone who works here is a friendly, kind, and talented professional and they're great at teaching and modifying exercises for how your body works. Very high value-- give it a try.

Experiencia fantástica: I researched a lot of gyms in the area to find one that is thought would be perfect, and I could not be happier! The guys are awesome, and very knowledgeable. The membership at the gym is diverse in ages, gender and fitness levels. The gym itself is small but you have your own station so it never feels crowded. You really get personalized programming and instruction like you would with a personal trainer, but I think it is actually better as you get multiple perspectives from the different trainers on site so you are sure to find that advice that clicks your form into place. The vibe is very low key and you always leave feeling strong and confident. There are pretty much as many trainers as people working out, so no opportunity for skeevy vibes, everyone is super respectful. Most importantly, it works!!! I’ve gotten so much stronger! It is so cool!

Reign Fitness designed his workout program to get his knee and body strong and ready for the procedure. His TKR has been a success and his rehab is 2 weeks ahead of schedule to the amazement of his PT and surgeon!!! Loyal and appreciative clients!

Experiencia fantástica: These guys have the ultimate gym formula. Every instructor is engaged with your program and able to jump in. Individual workouts are specifically tailored to your fitness goals. They pay meticulous attention to detail, i.e. the mechanics of your body movements. It makes a huge difference. Perhaps the coolest thing though, is the vibe. It feels like a family environment. Everyone there is pulling for you to succeed. Including the other members. I've never in my life been more motivated to go to the gym. I highly recommend Reign Fitness to anyone who takes their fitness seriously.

The facility is impessive as is the quality of the workouts that they design. They are responsive to individual's needs, adapting programs every three weeks. The workouts are challenging and progressive, and Willie is strict on form! The staff create a positive and motivated environment and they truly care about their clients. Experiencia fantástica: I have been training at Reign for about a month now and have never felt so excited to head to the gym on a daily basis. Willie & James are uber fun and welcoming yet remain professional and knowledgable about what they do and why they do it. The workouts we get to do are always different, well rounded, and consistently creative. I typically go to the gym 3-5 times a week and each time I leave saying "I love it here!" and can't wait to come back again.

As a person who has had his ups and downs with weight, these two are always there to push and get me moving again even when falling off. Knows body mechanics, knows nutrition, and helped me carefully strengthen my back after decades of pain so that I am now fully functional. Willie knows his stuff. Reasonable prices, solid equipment, and don't get bored at all with the exercises because Willie keeps things fresh. I consider him part of my health care team as he has helped to keep me working and enjoying life.

Coming from someone who has either been intimidated, turned off, or felt totally out of place by the atmosphere, vibe, "scene", or impersonal nature of the trendy/flashy boutique gyms, big box-style operations, or beefcake factories... Reign Fitness is such a breath of fresh air. All the credit goes to Willie and James. They've cultivated a place where everyone from teen-aged athletes, soccer moms, serious lifters, boot campers, and seniors can all get fit side by side. They invest effort into getting to know you and learning about your fitness goals. They are encouraging and super knowledgeable, and always motivate in fun, positive ways. I trust that these guys have my personal growth and increased fitness in mind. I went to Reign initially because my son's baseball strength and conditioning program was co-located there, and I could tell they were real people. 8 months later, I'm still going... after never lasting somewhere else more than a couple sessions! Willie has crafted a personalized program for me and my goals. Being a newbie, I ask lots of questions, and need lots of corrective support... but they're never bothered one bit. Totally supportive and just downright cool. Finally, their new place in Kenmore is a great representation of their vision in action... its got to be about triple the size of their old space, and they're making improvements all the time. Anyone who seeks a personalized, relational approach to getting fit and healthy will really appreciate working with Willie and James at Reign Fitness. Check them out!

Experiencia fantástica: Reign Fitness is a great gym. I had troubles with consistently hitting the gym but Willie and James have developed such a great atmosphere that keeps me coming back. Their expertise is invaluable and they tailor to their clients goals. Their workouts challenge you to push pass previously conceived limits and keep you wanting to come back for your next workout.
