Experiencia negativa: Terrible business. They do a pretty good sales pitch and puts you in a contract and when you want to get out you can’t. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They say they will be there and coach and once you sign the paperwork they are nowhere to be found.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been working out here for two months and can already see improvements and increased strength. The routines are challenging and always different. They push you beyond what you yourself would do. Love this place and highly recommend it!! I thought my 68 yr old self couldn't handle it, but I proved myself wrong!! No matter what age, it's time to get fit!

Experiencia negativa: I loved a lot about this program except the cancellation policy. The price is a bit high but not so much for the instructor led classes. I understand that cancellation policies for gym memberships are strict because it motivates people to work out, but the contract says you can't even cancel after the 16 week program is finished, unless you send a certified letter. For me, that is a hard no. Pros: They have plenty of instructors, plenty of timeslots. They have nutrition help through their app, which has recipes.
