The coaches are not only incredibly knowledgeable, but they’re also kind, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping you become your best. They work with every athletic ability and make sure you’re progressing safely and confidently. The facility itself is state-of-the-art — always clean, organized, and well-maintained. Nothing compares to the workouts here, both in terms of challenge and results. But beyond the physical strength you gain, the relationships you build and the community you become part of are what truly set this gym apart. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great workouts and a supportive, empowering environment!

Experiencia fantástica: I was here for 4 days of workouts and I enjoyed all of them. There was a great mixture of strength and met-cons along with great coach led mobility. On top of that I found the community welcoming and very active. I'm going to miss dropping in here.

Experiencia fantástica: Crossfit Firefly is an incredibly nice crossfit gym! It is huge, clean, updated, and even has a sauna and yoga room! I was very impressed by the high quality gym and also the instructor Brianna was very welcoming and knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel right at home! Thanks Brianna! We will be back when we are in town again!

Experiencia fantástica: Very welcoming coaches and the other gym members were friendly too. It's hard showing up to a gym not knowing anyone, but I felt very welcomed at Firefly. The facility was SUPER nice and the equipment was well maintained.

Experiencia fantástica: I love Firefly, It is a great addition in Town, they have CrossFit classes, open gym, yoga kids classes and Master classes as well. Definitely recommend if you are looking to make some friends and enjoy the workout

Experiencia fantástica: As a newbie to the area and on a search for a place to work out this place has exceeded all others in quality, professionalism and communication this far! Tracy was excellent at communicating, accommodating to get me in to tour their gym and receive a complementary assessment. Fernand (sp?) gave me a welcoming tour and movement assessment was very nice and personable, the staff on site were very nice as well. All in all supportive, clean, beautiful, professional, motivating are a few words that come to mind.
