The place is gorgeous, the vibes are all about yoga, and the welcome was big and warm. The yoga room itself is breathtaking, and Macy was an extra special soul. Experiencia fantástica: Stumbled upon this place while browsing the shops downstairs. While I wandered up for Chai in Rooted Cafe, there was a workshop going on so when space opened up I explored and took in the beauty and calmness within it. I didn't get the take a class here this trip, but definitely will make it a priority to try out a class. Why not, when the space they have is so beautifully decorated and welcoming!

Donation based classes as well as a beautiful space with a vegan/veg friendly cafe and restaurant (delish chai), yoga/philosophy books, and gifts. The owner, Valerie, is a gem. Thank you for recommending the books and looking forward to returning this Summer.

Experiencia fantástica: I really enjoyed going to the Saturday classes here when I lived in Boone. The space is absolutely beautiful and the teachers were all excellent. Probably the best studio I have ever been to.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been taking Sandra Diaz' yoga classes regularly for 18 months and have improved my strength, balance and agility. Sandra has educated me in both my asana practice and improved my confidence to achieve even the most difficult poses. I highly recommend her classes.

Experiencia fantástica: I rented a cabin off the grid to focus on meditating, breathing and running. I was looking for yoga classes in the neighborhood and I was interested in trying the Gentle Yin & restorative class since i never did it before. The studio is out of this world, large and spacious and great atmosphere, wonderful and friendly staff. I am definitely going back to try other classes till my stay is over.

Experiencia fantástica: What a lovely space! Stopped in for a lunchtime flow while in town and was so happy I did. Excellent teacher, beautiful space, and a nice little shop too. They have mats and props to borrow, and are offering online classes too if you prefer.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a wonderful studio with a delightful atmosphere. Every detail has been so carefully thought out, so from the moment you walk through the door you feel like you've been transported. I took my two boys for an afternoon yoga class which was led by a great teacher, and we felt right at home despite visiting from Colorado. We would highly recommend this space for anyone needing a respite from their day. Would love to come back for another class soon!

Experiencia fantástica: One of the most beautiful yoga studios I have ever seen, with a wonderful supportive community. And most importantly, the quality of teaching is at the highest level. I live an hour away but I practice at Neighborhood yoga and it is very much worth it.

Experiencia fantástica: When I made the commitment to grow my yoga practice nearly two years ago, I eventually found my way to Neighborhood Yoga's Teacher Training program and to a regular monthly membership. When I'm lucky, I roll out my mat here seven days a week! I have visited many yoga studios around the country and I can say without hesitation that this one right here in my hometown is (by far) the most beautiful, AND it is filled with kind, loving and caring teachers all of whom have their own unique style and focus. The people who come here to practice are a wide variety of wonderful souls. My life changed for the better when I became part of the Neighborhood!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve taken classes and workshops at this studio for about nine years and have seen it evolve from a backyard studio (literally) into the sophisticated retreat it is today. Much work and love has gone into both places and each has its own charm. On a Walkin basis, the classes may be a bit more than average for this area, but there are some very cost-conscious plans if you want to be a regular. Being a regular provides me with a continuing program of gentle stretching and a community of supportive women and men. I find the front desk people and all the instructors to be welcoming. It always makes me smile to see the change that comes over newcomers as they feel the warmth and after a few classes relax into what may have seemed at first to be a “different world.” It’s not, though...it’s just the “neighborhood.”

The instructors are excellent. Food at Kindly Kitchen is nutritious and delicious! I did not even notice it was vegan. Neighborhood Yoga is a wonderful place to visit as often as you can!

The seem more concerned in getting a person's money and seem to want to jerk you around a little. Be careful if you are interested in teacher training ...
