Experiencia fantástica: I started taking Pilates approximately two years ago. I always sign up for Elena’s pilates Reformer classes when I’m in the area. As a beginner, I was so fortunate to have instruction from Elena. She taught me proper technique, breathing, and form, so as I moved forward, I had an excellent basic Pilates foundation. I attribute part of my love of Pilates her. She is passionate, kind, and always so informative…. I learn something new every time I’m with her, which… at my age… is “good for my brain “as she likes to remind us! Anyone that is in the area seasonally as I am, or permanently, I would highly recommend classes with Elena. She is simply the best!

Experiencia negativa: Enjoyed her classes but when I asked for a refund on remaining classes due to hurricane Helene and needing to move she refused me. She said she doesn’t offer refunds. No consideration.

Experiencia fantástica: I enjoyed Elena’s classes so very much! I did yoga wall and Pilates in her wonderful studio. She is very knowledgeable and dedicate the whole class teaching you and correcting your positions. If you never being there, please try one class, you will be impressed!

Experiencia fantástica: Studio Elenas has changed my life!! I was recovering from injury and much of my muscles had atrophied when I began sessions. Elena is very dedicated to meeting the needs of her clients. Her wealth of knowledge and experience allows for her to cater to your individual situation. She is kind, encouraging and fun to work with. After a year of working with her my muscles are again strong and I feel as if I am strong in ways I have never been before. My posture has also improved, as has my mindfulness in how I use my body. Thank you Elena!!

Experiencia fantástica: Elena’s studio is outstanding! Last spring, on one of our trips to Boone, my husband discovered the studio. After several sessions with Elena, he related to me that he was very pleased with the changes in his strength and flexibility. I wanted to experience the classes myself, so I registered. Now, after several gratifying sessions each week and my great progress with improved body fitness, I can highly recommend Elena and her classes. Not only has Elena helped me become more physically fit, but she also has enhanced my knowledge of strategies for becoming and maintaining a more healthy lifestyle. With her own extensive and ongoing personal development, she is truly a master instructor, trainer, and coach.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I were in town for the weekend and booked a private yoga duet session. We are both beginners, and he is a bit self conscious about his abilities. Elena was very welcoming and made sure to understand our intentions for the day, which were mainly stretching. My husband’s hamstrings are painfully tight, and Elena did such a great job of incorporating poses to help him with that. I am planning a trip back to Boone in the fall and will come back!

Experiencia fantástica: I love going to the Pilates and yoga classes! Each class is different and fun. The Pilates barre class is one of my favorites and the healing breath yoga class makes me feel relaxed if I'm feeling stressed. For the past two years since I started coming to this studio, Elena's classes have helped me to become stronger and more flexible than I have ever been in my life.

Experiencia fantástica: Anyone looking for a pilates studio in Boone with an instructor who takes the time to learn how your body works and operates needs to come here! I've only been with Elena for a month and a half and I can tell a tremendous difference in my strength and mood! I love how she makes her classes entertaining and exciting!
