Experiencia fantástica: So many positive things to say about this CrossFit gym! We dropped in when passing through town and honestly it was one of the best drop-in experiences I've ever had amongst probably 20 different ones, and maybe one of best of any gym I've ever seen. Like ever. LET ME SAY THIS FIRST - aside from my personal experience there I saw something I don't think I've ever seen in my whole entire existence with Crossfit over the last seven years. There was a college kid who was only going to be in town for random different pockets of time and the owner told one of the coaches to just make a custom payment scheduled for him! Like just customize it! I literally was blown away and shocked because that is so far from what I have seen - my current personal gym is super flexible but this is going to the next next next level. Now to rest of great stuff: One, the owner was immediately responsive and inviting and interactive. A lot of gyms give you a simple one sentence response when you reach out, not these guys! Two, they had a complementary community class on Sunday and suggested we come to that to save us drop in fee. It's both awesome they had a community free class (on a Sunday!) and that they served us in that way by helping us save money. (I had to buy a shirt and a couple of other items as a result!) Three, they were totally flexible with us doing a little extra work after the class was over. So accommodating when other gyms I've gone to have a different rigidity. Four, they had top-tier equipment! It did not look like they had pieced it together on Facebook marketplace but had all the high-end, high-quality variants of any of the CrossFit workout pieces. Five, they welcomed us to stay and workout as long as we wanted and showed us how to lock the door! That is just absolute bonkers Level community and trust, out of the gate. Six, every interaction was flexible and serving and accommodating and mindful and encouraging. From both the Owner and the other two coaches we met. Seven - see first, initial point I made! Out of 20 boxes I've dropped in over the course of the last seven years I'm literally gonna try to go out of my way to visit these guys again - and sidenote the new shirt I bought from them is definitely one of the nicest!

I arrived early for a drop-in and several people came up to introduce themselves. The workout was brutal, which is great, and I think they use Mayhem programming—also great! Experiencia fantástica: I have my CFL1, an MD degree, and I’ve been training with CF since 2012. I’ve been to over 100 gyms around the country and world since I don’t stop training when I travel and move - and this gym rocks. I moved here in late May 2024 for medical residency and am so grateful to have found such a loving, supportive family who take care of each other, train hard, AND have fun while they’re at it. This is truly a community gym that has the best of many worlds: competitive athletes and beginners workout side by side and each class time is its own group of regulars. I make a new friend almost every day I show up because we have a rotating crew of drop ins from out of town and folks who wander in and want to try CrossFit out. Our athletes are young, old, all shapes and sizes, and all stages of fitness. It’s a welcoming environment for someone brand new to functional fitness and a wonderful place for experienced athletes to continue to hone their skills. Also we have showers and 24 hr access for members — makes it really convenient for folks with crazy work hours!

Experiencia fantástica: I went here once while in town for vacation. I take CrossFit seldomly. I’ll be back here before I leave town and will return for future trips. Ally was my trainer and did an exceptional job of explaining the workout, coaching participants on form, and motivating to push intensity. Other CrossFit gyms I’ve visited had trainers who weren’t as engaged with participants which results in an increased risk for injury. I really appreciate the way that these trainers take care of their people.

Experiencia fantástica: I can hardly wait to get back in! Had to take a few months off because of work and substantial injuries( not from working out) and next week is the big week! I can finally go back. I've only been at it for 3 years and it has completely changed my life. I have actually never been injured lifting wieghts or doing HIIT Workouts thanks to the direction of professional staff of Crossfit postal and another community gym here in Boone. They always make sure everyone properly stretches, warms up and understand the fundamentals and physics involved in each movement. No person will ever feel judged and will always be included no matter what! I guarantee if you follow decent nutrition guidelines(between staff and other clients you will learn, and remain consistent you will acheive your goals. And have a community backing you up as you do

The box is clean and classes are well organized. Some of the nicest people there you will ever meet. Large range of athletes from beginners to advanced. They have a good balance of classes and open gym time depending on your needs. Five Stars!!!
