After he was done my brother felt a whole lot better then when he went in. I also enjoyed watching the group workout from the office window and learned a few things I can add to my home workout too. Experiencia fantástica: Generally, I am at the D1 Training campus to see Dr. Joshua Fields who has his chiropractic office within the facility. He's a great chiropractor. At lot of the athletes see him. My grandson has attended several conditioning camps at D1. He always been happy. They have a wide assortment of sports-specific coaching available for kids and adults at facility. The coaches appear to do a good job. They stay busy conducting individual and group training sessions. A lot of baseball, softball and football players use the resources available at D1. Most of the adults use either one-on-one condition sessions that are available or attend one of the group conditioning classes. There are always some type of individual and group training session in progress. Check it out.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to get back into shape. They offer many sign up options so that you can get in around your daily schedule. It's also very affordable. Desmond and Mike have been awesome coaches. They know it's been a long time since I've worked out , so they are patient with me but push me all at the same time.

Experiencia negativa: Stopped in twice inquiring about 1-on-1 training for my teen. Spoke to two different people, was promised calls back and got none. I don't know what the trick is, but don't fall for their slick marketing.

Experiencia fantástica: My son works out here 5-6 days a week. The coaches take time to watch each kid, working on their weaknesses. The workouts are challenging and fun and keep my son interested. Definitely recommend.
