Experiencia fantástica: This is an amazing gym! Great equipment, great staff, great classes. The culture of the gym is very welcoming and non-judgmental. If you are looking for working out in a place where you are part of a community, this is definitely for you. I even bring my son who is 7. I like being able to teach him about taking care of his body and show him that he is capable of accomplishing more than he realizes. It builds up his confidence and is a great bonding time- also I am able to get my workout in!

I've joined several gyms around the country and Grind House is a step above the rest. Extremely clean facility, professional instructors for adult and kid classes, and a great community of people to grind with everyday. Even when I'm staying in San Antonio I make the drive to Boerne to train at Grind House. Glad I found you guys

Experiencia fantástica: Grindhouse just moved into a brand new facility. The new location has a complete gym and mixed martial arts facilities available for all age groups. Classes are available for wrestling, ju jitsu, boxing and other forms of martial arts.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a member of Grindhouse for 3 years now, I’ve gotten to see the growth of this gym and the people involved in it. The new facility is second to none and the Muay Thai and jiu jitsu instructor are some of the best. I highly recommend this gym to anybody looking to begin training or those with experience who want to continue!

I can't stress enough how life changing it was to start training here, the teachers are incredible, and everyone is like family. Don't hesitate, if you want to change your life, to build confidence in yourself, and to have an outlet for the day to day stresses of life, look no further. I can honestly say that no matter how bad my day is, I always am optimistic, because I know I get to go home and train after it's over. You need this, We ALL NEED THIS!
