Experiencia fantástica: I have been to a lot of Crossfit gyms and I love this gym. The owners are very supportive, and very involved in building a community. The workouts are awesome and the coaches do their best to ensure everyone is moving correctly with the right form. I love this gym and if you are in the area check it out and judge it for yourself.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been trying it out and as a 60 year old beginner I was a bit leary that it would be too challenging. Well it is challenging, but just right! The instructors Jackson and Rob(Duke) have made me very comfortable and have each time given me modified workouts that left me feeling comfortable and very worked-out! I will keep going back.

Experiencia fantástica: This Gym is awesome. I have been doing Crossfit for almost two years now and I have traveled to numerous boxes around the country, and this one is second to none. The coaches are all very knowledgeable and take the time to get to know you and work on your weaknesses. All of the members are very welcoming, and the gym is kept very neat and clean.

I tried a couple sessions at the Station and was blown away by the workouts I got! I've been going regularly and already feel like I'm getting in better shape than I ever have at traditional gyms.
