Experiencia fantástica: Been coming here four years. Great coaches, great programming, and lots of great gym members. They cater to all fitness levels and all ages and abilities. Highly recommend if looking for new CrossFit gym or looking for group fitness classes

Experiencia fantástica: Did a group drop-in here and this was the best drop in experience I’ve ever had at a CrossFit gym. Francesco, Amy, and Emily were incredible- so welcoming and seriously made our experience. The members were also extremely kind, and treated us like old friends. The workout was awesome, the coaches went over every movement, and provided scaling options. What an amazing way to spend a Saturday morning— we will definitely be back the next time we’re in Boca!

Experiencia fantástica: I dropped into this box with 6 of my girlfriends when we were in Florida for my bachelorette weekend. Only 3 of us were crossfitters. I am blown away by how welcoming they were to all of us. From the minute my friend emailed to ask if they could accommodate such a large and inexperienced group, Frenchie, the owner, was highly responsive and welcoming. The drop-in price was very reasonable and included a shirt, for which there were plenty of options and styles! The coaches were attentive, and the other members were so wonderful! Frenchie even went out of his way to pick up some champagne to celebrate the bride to be. The box itself is very well equipped and highly spacious. I’ve done a bunch of drop-ins during my 7 years of CrossFit, and this has been the best by far. I cannot say enough about how amazing this place, the owner, and the members are!

Experiencia fantástica: A group of 7 of us (mix of experienced and crossfit newbies) dropped in for a bachelorette party and everyone was SO incredibly welcoming. It was a great space, the coaches were attentive, and the t-shirt swag was excellent. Thank you for having us!

Experiencia fantástica: Omg best box everrrrrr! Everyone there is so welcoming and kind, and the coaches are so amazing at their job and care about everyone there! The equipment is great, convenient times for classes, and the energy in the gym is like no other. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to try CrossFit, they ensure your safety and comfort all while pushing you to be and perform your best!

Experiencia positiva: I like that it’s a CrossFit style gym but not CrossFit, coaches are easy and relaxed, they explain the workout quickly and then we go at it on our own, it’s a much older crowd which I like a lot. It’s more like a advanced Bootcamp over CrossFit. They offer easy simple workouts enough for a good sweat. They don’t care too much on the CrossFit vide with equipment they got what gets the job done and that’s nice

Experiencia negativa: Embarrassing absolutely embarrassing , if you are a coach or member of this Box you should be embarrassed to call yourself a Crossfitter. They don’t program for the box as it’s a paid program. Coaches are inexperienced beyond measure, better coaches at Planet fitness or You-fit. The equipment is okay but it’s not good for CrossFit competitions or opens if you want to move up in CrossFit. Lycan bikes are compared to the new Air-dynes. The rowers are knockoffs of the concept 2 rower's. Gym is big and good for self training, floors are uneven and weird. For the price they charge there are better gyms by far in the area. HYPE, PBG, WEST BOCA Ect.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm not sure why people have had negative experiences at this gym. I won't go as far as to blame the individuals going in to try the gym, but all of their complaints I found to be invalid compared to what I went through. The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable! The equipment is clean, they are attentive to your individual needs, they accommodate for all ages, they push you when you know you need it. Also, spend enough time at this box and you'll start to feel like family. Oh, and on top of all that they got me in the best shape of my life. What more could you ask for? Love this place. 5 stars, would recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Never had a bad experience, coaches are excellent and atmosphere is what you would expect out of a Crossfit box.

Experiencia fantástica: Simply Incredible! Let me start with a list of a few achievements - I can Snatch about 90% of my body weight, Clean and Jerk about 120%, Deadlift almost 200%, Bench Press about 120% and then there’s handstand push-ups, double-unders, push-ups and pull-ups, rope climbs, muscle ups(WIP) and a body fat - last I checked was under 13 a year ago. This and much more in less than 3 years, never thought I could achieve so much until I joined CFHC. Trained by some incredible people like Shaun O’Hare, Francesco, Chris Wood, Emily, Jackson, David, Ronaldo, Tania, Brooke, Lisette, Jana, Johan and many more who would push you to become a better version of yourself. Met some incredible people, made some great friends, this place has been a joy to go to day after day except the workouts..lol.

Experiencia negativa: This is horrible that I have to leave this but this gym is not safe to any standards of CF. I am a L2 in Tennessee, the coaches here are severely lacking knowledge beyond the point of unbelievable to be even considered a CrossFit. Save your money go somewhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: Love Love Love this crossfit! Can't compare with other crossfits.. I have been to other crossfits and always go back to Hardcore.. The owner- Lance and Adriana are great. They motivate people and great atmosphere! LOVE !! MUST TRY!
