I’ve bounced around from yoga, orange theory, tennis, jogging, etc over the years, but I nevertheless was ready to try something new. I am honestly shocked by how quickly I’ve seen results by this speedy workout. My arms look insane! The place is clean and the staff is charming and all very attractive. 13/10

A special shout-out to trainer Nadia! She is personable, friendly and helps me achieve my goals. Devon is an awesome manager and genuinely cares about providing the best experience.

Experiencia negativa: This is a very honest review. The owner, Zach, is highly arrogant, unaccommodating and extremely rude. I cancelled my membership and only found out after, that Zach was the owner. I cancelled because I’m just going to stick with a regular gym at a fraction of the cost where I expect to get the same, if not greater results. Either way, I am so happy I will no longer be a patron of an establishment that Zach owns. Zach, please take note of all of this and all the other less than stellar reviews on Yelp. You have much to learn about customer service and how to run a business! Trainers/staff The trainers were very nice. No complaints there whatsoever. They were great. Bodysuit Often times, they would smell from prior use. They were not disinfected properly. The electrical currencies would often be glitchy where they would have to take the suit off of me and wet down again even after I started my workout. Often times, the machines did not save the info from my last work out which it is apparently supposed to do. Workouts Yes, I would get a workout in those 20 minutes and I would be out of breathe and fatigued after. The suit absolutely does make a simple workout more challenging. However, after going once a week for 9 months to give a true shot to see if I would see results, I did not. I do not feel that this workout does anything different than what I can (and have been able to) obtain at my local gym on my own. Gyms will be a fraction of the cost and I can go unlimited times a week and for longer than 20 minutes. Another issue with Body20 is that you have to buy a workout set that consists of pants and a shirt to wear under the suit. I was never told that it was a requirement to come into Body20 with it on. Nor was it in the contract. There were plenty of times that I did not have it with me when going to Body20 and I would come in and the front desk personnel would happily give me a clean one to wear for my workout. However, when Zach started being at the establishment more, he made a self imposed rule, that they can no longer be lent out. So since I did not know this, I went there in my regular attire one day and asked the front desk personnel, like usual, for the pants and top; however, Zach came over to me and started asking me why I don’t have mind and told me about his self imposed rule and turned me away. So I had to reschedule my appointment! He claimed he did not have in my size, but that is completely untrue as it was in the morning I have never had an issue before! They charged me a late cancellation fee even when I had an emergency. Yes, I understand that part is in the contract and I gave about 2 to 3 hours notice, but I explained it was an emergency and I had to go to Pembroke Pines to deal with it. They still charged $10. Even though I had no prior emergencies previously. They could have done a one-time courtesy.

Experiencia negativa: I have tried to sign up here multiple times and the issue is parking. There is very limited parking available during lunch times. The last time I came to the area I watched a Body20 employee walk out their front door and go into her car, which was parked in one of the maybe five spots surrounding the store. This location may be busier if their employees were considerate enough to leave spots close by for customers.

Experiencia negativa: Curious where all these reviews are coming from. The experience I’m witnessing as I write this review is significantly different then stated by other reviews. When you call to discuss your account you get sent to what appears to be a “boiler room” call center that hangs up unless you agree to talk to a prepubescent closer on an recorded line. I’m hoping this is an anomaly and the owner responds immediately here.

It’s only 20 mins which Is great They really motivate their customers one on one I had shoulder and back surgery last year And I used it for my rehab Highly recommend this program.

Experiencia fantástica: All these reviews are very real. Your First session is free. I suffered from back and neck pain my entire life. I lived with horrific headaches 1-3 times a week. The first time I walked by I was in so much pain I could hardly walk. Zack told me he could help me,,,, but I was not interested in listening. The following week I went in and joined. My back pain and neck pain is gone. My energy is back and I really enjoy the training. The results speak for themselves.

Experiencia fantástica: Body 20 is one of the best workouts I have tried! I have been active all my life. From being a runner to being a gym fanatic and now for the past 15 years consistently doing hot yoga which I still do in between my Body 20 workouts. The time it took in the gym without seeing much change has now been cut down to just 20 minutes with. Body20 and I’ve seen results ! - becoming much more toned and slender. Becky is a fantastic trainer who motivates me to get through each session and pushes me a little harder each time. She mixes up each workout so it never feels repetitive. Zach is also very professional and fully knowledgeable on how the Body 20 system works and how to structure the program for each individual to get results!!!

I was a bit skeptical about the electro-stimulation but the results are great (both cardio and strength) and I am pain-free for the first time in years (both my "frozen shoulder" and tendonitis have disappeared). I HIGHLY recommend Body20 and I rarely recommend anything. It is definitely worth the effort! and you will love the results.

Zak and Ariel always want to make sure you achieve your goal. They help you thru the process, and help/ guide you what you need to change in your lifestyle for you to get the results you looking for! 3: My favorite Body20 Location is the Mizner Location. They are really on top of making sure the facility and the equipment is CLEAN AND SANITIZED between each session. So you dont feel its risky to train, like you do with at a regular GYM. Im so excited that Zac, The owner, will also open a location Delray- and i can assure you he will take care of it and the clients like he has done with the Mizner one. You will not Regret going here! Instead of investing in a Trainer to come to you, or at your local GYM - i would say for sure invest in BODY20 instead!!!!!!!!!! you wont regret it!
