Experiencia negativa: Very bad managed and unprofessional.. scheduled a class in memorial Day showing available classes on memorial Day on class pass and on their website.. scheduled and showed up to business and no one was there it was closed. Very unprofessional if this place is run this way then I'll definitely won't be visiting ever..

Experiencia fantástica: A great gym for classes. Everyone has different tastes relating to cardio, lifting, vibe etc but for me this is pretty much perfect. The equipment is new and the facility is always super clean.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the most impressive Gym I have ever been in. I have had memberships with the Bally's Gym's (24 years), Golds Gym's (5 years), and LA Fittness (3 years) and they do not stand up to this one. They were set up for mostly self weight training with no direction, no metrics. You are on your own. Focus Functional Fitness is set up for Cross Fit, Aerobic Training, Strength Training, Personal Training and Sports Medicine Rehab. The trainers are very friendly, and personal, and welcoming. In my opinion this Gym has it all.

The workouts are always fun and challenging, and the coaches are very professional and super friendly. I am amazed at all the progress I’ve made in the past year and most importantly, I love that exercising is part of my everyday routine now!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been attending the 8:30am class on Fridays. I love how I feel after the class! It’s a total body workout which leaves you feeling productive and energized. Megan who teaches the class has very high energy and keeps you engaged. I get bored very quickly with my workouts but this gym definitely keeps things interesting. Each workout has been different and challenging. The actual gym is clean and spacious which I love because it doesn’t feel overly crowded. I cannot wait to try more classes!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Love love the Saturday class!!! It’s challenging and the instructor is always around to motivate, help if something is unclear, and/or if your form is a bit off. Plenty of sets to keep you busy and going the entire time. The size of the gym gives you and others plenty of room for any move. And to top it off the gym is clean and there are plenty of accessible wipes to keep it that way!

Experiencia fantástica: I have gone to their Saturday morning class about four times now and really enjoy it. It’s an extended, 75 minute class, which I don’t find that other gyms offer. It’s very challenging but in a great way. The instructor walks around the entire class and answers any questions you may have about form.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is the best gym in the area! Everyone there, including the trainers, maintains a welcoming, judgment free attitude. The trainers will make sure that you are performing the exercises properly at the right weight. It can be intense at first, but it’s well worth it if you stick with it.

Highly recommend for anyone at any level of workout skill. It’s tough for the experienced and great for the beginners. A real at your pace/tough as you want it gym.The staff is knowledgeable and helpful which makes for a great workout. Shoutout to the 6am class

Experiencia fantástica: Focus functional fitness is not just a gym to me it’s a second home. I have been to a lot of different gyms but no gym can compare to Focus Functional Fitness. The staff and people at focus are like a family. I workout with my good friend Abbey Hilton who is part owner of focus , I always enjoy the vibe and the environment at focus during my workouts. Abbey, Todd and all the other staff really know what they are doing in either personal training or classes. I highly recommend focus functional fitness you will not regret it, it’s not just a place to go workout but it’s a second home and family.
