Experiencia negativa: You guys had enough time to fix the pool but look at it now it’s summer time and hot outside and the pool is still not fixed it’s like you don’t even care.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent place to get the healthiest smoothies in the state if you're having any illnesses with your body this is the place to go and get that problem healed. The name of the place is RASHIDAT it's the bomb! And oh yeah don't forget to order the Akaline vegetable soup it's truly the best.

Experiencia fantástica: I am not over exaggerating when I state my experience at this plant based living food cafe is the BEST.(period) Try the Sea Moss Latte. The fitness center is huge, clean and the team is very knowledgeable. A real GEM in the south suburbs.

Experiencia positiva: I may come back and change my 4 star in the future as I am a new member. What I can tell you is that they have all of the necessary gym equipment. I was disappointed that there were only two stationary bikes, one being upstairs, the other on the main floor. I went in the evening and there were very few women. I was told they are there mainly during the day. What was awesome is the steam room. The minty smell coming out at full blast was incredible. There is a smoothie/juice bar with alkaline options. I will go back during the day and enjoy the sauna, and look for the women. I wasn't comfortable going back last night because I didn't see any women.

Experiencia negativa: Very nice work out facility. They finally repaired the workout machines. It takes a long, long, long time 4 them 2 repair anything. Otherwise, I really like this place! That was then. 2day, 3-16-19, this is now. Melanies is a full blown dump! No 1 is there 2 clean up. The machines have tons of dust on them. They have the same busted, broke recumbent bikes. The swimming pool is down, & needs repairs. Im sad because the people of Dolton deserve way better. I left the Y 4 this mess. They have several bikes with the whole leg missing. Im wondering what happens with the taxes we pay, not 2 mention the people that pay 4 memberships. This place is very close 2 home, but Im not going 2 do any more monthly payments. Bye Melanies. I dont recommend this place 2 any 1.

Experiencia positiva: The owner has not finished the repair of the pool since July. Still waiting for pool, whirlpool, and steam room still not available. The trainers and instructors are exceptional and go all out for they members.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible staffing failing to show up for work frequently leaving the building closed on buisness days or opened late,went from 7 days a week being opened to 6 because pf staffing not showing up on Sundays bad experiences

Experiencia positiva: Nice small gym! I started today and I loved it. The gym was not overcrowded and it was clean. A plus for me is that they offer water aerobics

Experiencia negativa: Terrible gym. I decided to join because of Groupon but false advertising. They have been closed for the last 4 Sunday’s, although I was told they open on Sundays which clearly states on their door as well. The staff is lazy and rude. The gym is very small and outdated equipment. I didn’t attempt to go to pool. No water fountains work and again it’s so small you will never get a great workout. They only have high bikes, no elliptical, and trainers always taking up the little walk up spaces training. Or they have boxing classes for the kids. Men are always loud and obnoxious. It’s not a comfortable place. Do not waste your money or buy off Groupon you’ll be disappointed! Also before buying I was told I can bring a guest- the same guest each time and of course that was not true. Their policy is bring a guest, then that guest gets a 3/5 day pass but can’t come each time or after their guest pass expires. Please don’t waste your money on this gym. Again it’s Sunday and guess what their closed!!!! How are working ppl during the week supposed to workout on the weekends??? It’s so bad I had to go to L A fitness to get a 7 day free pass!!! Very very disappointed at this nasty gym plus I’m reporting them to

Experiencia negativa: Great price...staff members really professional and nice. Last time i was walking the threadmill two guys decided to take off there shirts and prance around the gym huffing and puffing pretending to want to be the alpha males that they wanted to be in there minds. Cut my workout short told the staff member up front. Im sure he took care of it he is always a gentleman and very polite.

Experiencia negativa: Not open as advertised , fair rates , decent equipment , not open on Sundays although advertised 8am -4pm Sundays ,this is not the case.

Experiencia positiva: I find the staff very friendly and the people that come here are just as warm and inviting. There are a lot of things aesthetically that take away from it being 5 stars but if you are there to work-out you can get it done here. And if you like Zumba, there is a lady there that has a small class outside in the vestibule that seems like a lot of fun!
