Experiencia fantástica: Had so much fun at my very first hot yoga session! The room is a little cozy for the class size, but everyone is there to have fun and very welcoming! I will say it is not geared at true beginners, so you may need to modify some of the poses, but it was definitely a challenge, a great calorie-burn and deep stretches...overall a relaxing yet challenging session that I would gladly sign up for again!

Experiencia fantástica: I have rheumatoid arthritis and weekly hot yoga significantly helped me to feel stronger and less pain in my joints. The mental and physical challenge allows you to feel like you’re pushing yourself to the max, and the feeling after leaving the studio is unreal. Janelle is a great instructor and I can’t recommend this enough for any condition.

Experiencia fantástica: It's nice that their schedule and you can sign up and pay right on the MindBody app. It can be a little hard to find and not a real noticeable building or sign but when you know where it is it's a very convenient location. I have taken spin classes with Kristina C and wow do you get an awesome workout in and she is very motivating and has a great flow for class. I will be taking all my spin classes with her!!! So glad she is an instructor here.

Experiencia negativa: I attempted to take a weekend class here. You are required to register for a slot before the class and pay upfront. Fair enough. However, the GPS took me to a residential area and I was unable to locate the building. I tried calling the phone number from the confirmation text but it was an automated system, which doesn't allow phone calls. The confirmation email and website doesn't list a phone numbers either. I tried emailing them and sending a request on their website to please call me I'm lost. I spent 15 minutes driving up and down the road with no success. Since then I have made multiple attempts via email and the website and not a single response. I did however get another text and email fussing at me for failing to show up to a class... because I couldn't locate the building and they don't have a way to actually speak to someone working there. I've started the process to reverse the charges on my card as this appears to be a fraudulent business or has since closed down.

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in for weekend warrior with Janel. Janel is welcoming and helpful. Facility is clean and well equipped. Enjoyed the flow of the class, cues were on point. If I'm in the area again I will come back.
