Experiencia fantástica: I have been training at Wyman’s for nearly 2 years. I really enjoy my personal training sessions and benefit greatly from the one-on-one approach. I have some physical limitations and Dan easily creates modified workouts for me that still challenge me and help me achieve my desired fitness goals. Having Dan keep a close eye on my form and correct it when necessary has greatly improved my workouts and eliminated unnecessary injuries. I am currently down more than 30 lbs and am stronger than I’ve been in years! Give Wyman’s a try…invest in your health and fitness.

He meets you where you're at in terms of fitness level and takes all the thinking out of the equation. He puts together your workout, makes modifications as necessary, teaches you correct technique and pushes you to try things you don’t think you can do. I especially love the 30 minute workouts. Dan and Laura work with you to put together a schedule that meets your needs and the pricing for the service you get is excellent.
