Along with providing top athletes the tools and skills needed to move on to the next level in whatever sport they play. There trainers, have tons of knowledge to give and work great with younger kids. There facility is extremely nice and keep things clean following covid-19 guidelines. You won’t be disappointed joining the performance lab movement.

Austin Curtis and staff are constantly making themselves better so they can provided the highest quality of training for their athletes. As a D1 hockey player I have trained with and experienced all types of training plan. The Performance Lab program offers of variety of training options, and they will work with you to make sure you’re getting everything out of your time in the gym. Love this gym.
