Experiencia negativa: *Update When I first joined the club, it was great. Price was reasonable, gym was never too crowded. Staff and trainers were friendly. That was a long time ago. Now rates seem to climb higher and higher each year. Cardio equipment at Club 1 continues to fall into disrepair. Trainers at Club 2 have been dismissive and rude on 2 separate occasions. Access to the "Pit" is an extra charge. As much as I hate franchise gyms, I might have to save my money and start going to Crunch. *Old Great gym, great staff. Clean and spacious with a nice atmosphere. All of the cardio and weight equipment you could ever need. Everything at this gym is done with the care and safety of it's clients in mind. Highly recommend signing up and seeing for yourself.

Experiencia negativa: Pool availability is too limited. Always giving pickle ball and other courts are for outsiders. Increasing membership fees every year but limiting the services.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been exercising and walking the track at Four Seasons for well over 20 years and it's the best!

Experiencia positiva: I like some of the amenities, but the constant price hiking is starting to become too much. While they have great facilities, there comes a point of diminishing returns and I think it's starting to reach it.

Experiencia fantástica: Great programming for kids, this is such as nice place for families. The pool is lovely, lots of fun stuff to do, our kids love it! The front desk staff is top notch, super friendly, you are made to feel welcome immediately. Highly recommend this gym!

Experiencia positiva: Great club, great price but dress codes are not enforced in the weight machines, cardio or free weight areas. The same cardio equipment has been broken for a year without being fixed. But It's still better than planet fitness or other gyms in town.

Experiencia fantástica: Not currently a member myself but I go with my friend who often has passes. That said I’ve gone here more times than any gym I’ve had a membership to in the past lol. Why? It’s clean, doesn’t stank, no creeps, and nice staff. So basically the opposite of any chain I’ve been to. If I weren’t moving soon I’d absolutely join.

Experiencia negativa: The only reason I come to gym is to use their pool. Most of time south pool is under maintenance and north pool is occupied by swim classes. Only time we can use is before 3 pm.. not sure how many ppl will be free before 3 pathetic...

Experiencia negativa: If you want to go here for the pools think again. They are always dominated by elderly or children or unable to use for some reason. Everything else they offer you can find cheaper and better elsewhere.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best health club in town and they have almost all facilities anyone could expect. Sometime they have offers where they wave of the 99$ enrollment fee for month on month subscription.

Experiencia fantástica: We love Four Seasons! The main reason we go is for the pool, but they have so much more to offer! The place to go for basketball, swimming, Volleyball, exercising, racquetball...etc.!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been customer of 4 season, for about four years, but had to move out of state, then I realized "You didn't know what you have until it is gone". When I came back to BL, I knew this is my gym and I signed in and paid in advance for 2 years already. Gym is clean, orderly, friendly and enjoyable. It is really worth every cent. Never have been in a better gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Got this Gym Membership instead of renting local hotel rooms to use their pools. So anything over 1 fam trip to the pool/month is a bonus. Got the kiddos enrolled in various classes. After 10 years I'm back in the Gym hitting up the cardio equip and some free classes. The staff are all awesome. Kids quick daycare is great. Nice fair pricing options. And most of all something SAFE and FUN to do. Thanks 4S1&2 Peeps.

Experiencia negativa: Most commonly, reviews are shared when there has been a positive or negative experience. That is my case with Four Seasons and unfortunately it is from a negative experience. If you need access to a year round pool for you physical needs, Four Seasons is your only source in the Bloomington-Normal area. Unfortunately, that is what I require to help me with my physical issues. I have been going to Four Seasons for just short of 2 years and have been attending 3 or more times per week. Due to health issues, I was forced to terminate my membership When I was able to return after 2 months, I came in to reactivate my account, I was required to pay a $55 activation fee and I lost 100's of points I had earned over the previous 2 years. As a loyal member to clubs in Indiana and Virginia, I would have had these fees waived and points reinstated. They want and value my business. I would have thought that from Four Seasons. Four Seasons communicates that they are focused on the customer but they have no loyalty to the customer whatsoever. It would be more understandable if the whirlpool worked and the shower soap dispensers actually had soap in them but they don't. The whirlpool is down much of the time and soap dispensers are empty. The staff is wonderful and I have made good friends at this facility but I am very disappointed in their poor customer focus of the management. If it wasn't for the pool, I would recommend other fitness clubs in the area which may be a better value for your money. Since I require the pool, my only response could be to inform potential customers so they are best informed when making a fitness club decision. That way you would not be as disappointed as I was.

I mean like I can work out, play basketball, and go swimming at home. I only do it there for the social and nostalgic aspect, but definitely not worth your $70

Experiencia negativa: I’ll leave a review for both locations take it as you will. My advice look elsewhere for a gym. FS1 kids run wildly through the place like an arcade, it’s often times crowded in the cardio area and there’s a lack of machines. The strength/weight area is about the equivalent to a high school gym, it’s tiny often times muggy and crowded. If you’re used to a big gym and getting your workouts done fast, stay away from here there’s often times lines of people waiting for machine usage. The equipment itself is often times none functional with a needs to be fixed order on them. Go figure it’s all from the 80s-90s anyways. It’s not uncommon to see 3-5 broken machines. FS2 It’s the same way with the machines, outdated, often times there’s a needs to be fixed sign on them. It’s fairly clean, but the machines have rust on them, I don’t know how that is possible unless they got stored outside at one time... Again it looks like a huge facility, but the amount of weight lifting equipment is sub par, it’s just as crowded and packed as FS1. If the gym looked half as good as the PIT it would be phenomenal. There really needs to be a redesign done on atleast one of the gyms, you pay 30 a month and have accesss to both, but are about equally as bad. There needs to be a new floor layout weight lifting wise at one of the locations, or a maximum number of members cap, or even make it a 24hr facility. For the same price I can get access to a lot nicer of a gym, that is 24 hours. Also family rates are ridiculous, you are paying for stuff you’ll never use if you are just married and swimming and hooping isn’t for you. You’d think they’d have different types of membership access but it’s all over priced.

Experiencia positiva: This gym is almost always crowded. And children run free as if the place was chuck e. Cheese. The reason I gave 3 stars is because, though there are bunches of children the gym is CLEAN! the front door reps are kind, and most of the equipment works. Ways to improve could be ensuring parents always have control of their children. And put actual doors on the changing rooms in the women's locker room- I had a child bust in WHILE I WAS CHANGING! and introduce herself to me after her mom told her someone was in there. So being able to lock a door would definitely help- since children run around aimlessly.

Experiencia fantástica: I have enjoyed 4seasons many years ...I have benefited from so many classes, kids swimming lessons, swim teams, great dedicated instructors who know what they are doing...I believe it is a tremendous buy, one just needs to take advantage of the opportunities of many classes.

Experiencia positiva: A great place to go for workouts and activities. My swim team is practicing here five days a week and they have great pool facilities and weightlifting rooms. Some sections could be upgraded but Four Seasons is overall a good place to go when you're looking for a workout, and with a kind and dedicated staff to boot!

Experiencia negativa: Dimmly lit. and not nearly as nice as four seasons ii. the only thing that attracts me to this one is the track. the atmosphere is depressing here to me. i can’t get anything done sometimes because there can be lots of kids. which is whatever, bc i can go to four seasons ii. but four seasons ii makes me EXCITED to workout & four seasons i makes me not ever wanna go.

And guess what childcare is free with club membership and can be utilized when parent is at gym.. I just love this place ,their equipment and pool are pretty good with amazing instructors providing classes to learn ..

Experiencia negativa: Came here the first time in years around late 4pm to go swimming. As I'm heading in the checker in lady told me they close in 15 min, and the pool closes in 5. I drove over half an hour to go swiming and the websites schedual says the pool is open until 9:45pm and building until 10pm on fridays. I don't have the extra money to waste an hour of gas to maybe get in a gym that is supposed to be open. Horrible.
